Firstly, I put out part one of the MoR's end-of-term report, it can be read here:

I find exploded multi-layered pie charts very soothing.

Part two will come tomorrow, and will cover the mentoring program, and all the people who've giving time and money to help make the NHS and mentoring schemes successes.

And as for the NHS today - after the confusion surrounding the NHS MU, sorry if I made things difficult there - 2600 Q5 food was distributed to 44 1st and 21 2nd month recipients. There were 8 mentor requests, 7 1st month and 1 2nd month applications.

Today, I begin with an admission and an apology. Firstly we've had some issues in relation to the NHS Military Unit; I thought I had found someone to supply it and look over it - as I had been covering it myself and had a busy few days coming up. Alas, in my partial-absence, the NHS MU was neglected. They've since been given lots of lovely guns and food today - so I'm hoping we haven't missed out or upset anyone massively.

As well as that, we've lost Fruit. The moral of this story, is that when you see Terra/EDEN fighting in your RW, don't assume they'll abide by your longstanding peace deal. Its much better to not give them any benefit, of any doubt; regardless of how good a peace deal is for an EDEN country, and how its stopped a pointless war - its clear that Terra and EDEN prefer to undo things just to spite us.

Anyway, even if we hadn't ignored the RW (until it was pretty much too late; although we did claw ourselves back and at least make it close), I have a sneaking suspicion that Our darling southern neighbours would have done all they could to take the region off us.

On that vein, I'd like to officially state any talk of peace between France and the UK have ended. The French would not accept a close to the war, without the peace deal. Despite us stating that this was clearly never going to happen; the French CP today informed me the only proposal that they had agreed to, was for France to occupy the NL and Belgium regions, as well as East of England.

My response to this was simple: then we are at war. So, we will ignore this battle for tonight, and starting tomorrow, at 8AM UK time, ONE will support us fully. I've not only spoken to HQ, but also individual countries and some of our closest allies; both inside and outside of ONE. Our goal is quite simple; to repay the general disrespect that has come from France.

I will publish the full details later on, but basically, all that needs to be said, is that the French CP, either through wilful ignorance or just general disinterest, has no authority. Thus, the french population and congress rule supreme; yet this was not made clear. As well as this, even in the topics of their votes we are the 'rosbifs' - basically their version of frogeaters/froglegs. I could go into more lurid detail, how their vote on peace was;

'yes (to peace) - i liked diana'

Or how they told us they want peace, then actively planned (and sought help) from Terra and EDEN in the battles they had agreed to lose.

I'm not normally one to rant, at least not these days, but this France; the people I've had to deal with in the last few days; they are a joke. Their President seems nice enough; but he cannot be trusted. The simple NAP that we proposed over a week ago, has only just been voted on. They say that they will leave Terra and want an alliance with the UK; then they narrowly decide to stay in Terra 'for now'. They blame Terra for having no country; they blame Terra for winning battles against us.

In truth, the only people who are to blame, are France. Their government is in disarray, their population ignores orders and fights for France (even when Terra orders are elsewhere, EDEN asks for help in a third battle, and the battle they fight in is one that they don't even want to win). Their officials ignore President's decisions; and their President is either ignoring the fact he is ignored; or unaware no-one is listening anymore.

Ultimately, the whole situation is a joke, and its only through trawling their forums, getting people to leak logs from both IRC and their sensitive forum discussions, that any of this has come to light. To be blunt France have dicked around, and I'm mad as hell. Well, I'm not really mad as hell, but instead of actively trying to facilitate peace, I'll instead be pressing ONE to support us wiping France to close the war, and then doing everything in my power to ensure France remains wiped for as long as possible. It may seem harsh, as 1 of their Congress members does 'like diana' (ie, voted for peace), but oh well.
