Firstly, thank you to all who voted the previous report. Without buying votes, we made it into the top 5; as I received more messages, I'm now committed towards ensuring these things get the attention they deserve. So, firstly apologies for the delay in releasing this; obviously with the England came kicking off, and the required drinking to accompany this game, I was in no real fit state yesterday to attempt to right anything of coherence. Thus, today you'll be getting a bumper report; one in the afternoon (this one, outlining what happened yesterday) and one in the evening, outlining the goings on of today.

As per usual, let me first begin with some statistics, and reports. Continued thanks to BlueAndEvil who is proving a most excellent fact-giver this term;

Today saw 5360 Q5 food distributed to 116 1st month and 18 2nd month recipients, with 5 1st month signups and 1 2nd month signup, and 4 new mentor requests.

As well as this, the department has also re-opened Donation Drives - if you have spare food, GBP or GOLD, please do send it to The Minister Himself. It will be logged, put to good use, and of course, will free up Government resources for other programs.

As well as this, the daily report has been published, and I include this with huge thanks to Hofkens and the MoF; we've seen a great amount of publicity from a ministry which is normally silent. Great work guys!

MoF Report day 1659-1669




Bank of England is lowered and well be kept at 100k because Jamesw has asked me this. The working org for the Ministry is HM Treasury. We have a low amount of GBP inside the country accounts, thanks to the last donation and the MPP's. The NHS Reserve is the money held by BigAnt what is coming from the donations of the end of the last term. We expect that for the coming 6 day's we can fund the NHS from this. The money held for the Peace Treaty Agreement is belonging to Belarus and Lithuania, this is kept inside HM Treasury.
We have a total currency of 1,5 million GBP only a little bit higher than at the beginning of the term. This is because the last cabinet has made a lot of debt because of the warfare. A lot of people have held claims against the country. We have tried to pay them all off the last days. We are still in debate about some debts from the last term.



Our daily income is around 38k GBP, this is good. The daily costs for NHS is around 10k GBP, the army is needing a 1.5k a day for weapons raw materials so we are making a profit on the daily costs. Strikes, Call of Arms and things like that are a big cost but at the moment the current income is sufficient.



The cost stated for the NHS are the amount of GBP they have asked, the daily expenditures are lower and are around 10k, more information in the report of Blue and Evil. Who is doing a great job in monitoring the costs. We also have had a non recurrent cost in paying back Iain Keers.

The costs for the MoD are the Raw Materials from the Q6 weapons companies we have and also the weapons we have bought in the last three months for strikes. The army is working self sufficient so only the Raw's are costs.

The costs for MoF are from the awards and some grants. We have stopped with giving out grants since the beginning of the term. Awards are very low in demand at the moment.

MPP's are at 7 this term, we have had plans for lowering the amount of MPP but at the moment Congress had other plans.

In total we have had lower costs than income as stated below. Even with all the old costs and ignoring the fact that the NHS is not costing us any GBP at the moment because of the donations. I' very happy at the moment with the financial state of this country.

Apart from that, we're in the process of ascertaining which people will be responsible for directing which divisions, across both Government and private MUs. My hope is that by Sunday evening, not only will we have an exhaustive list of where the main MUs have organised their divisions, but also, that Government military provision for each Division will be up, running, and ready to accept applicants. Once we have the 'core' MUs organised, I will then focus on ensuring all other active MUs have the guidance and help to mirror the effective structures so far demonstrated.

Other than that, there are discussions ongoing within congress about my NE proposal; in the coming days I would hope a consensus based on where this NE ultimately is sent can be formed, ensuring that as a Country we are all behind, supportive and ready to tankan against our ultimate target.
