So, today has been largely about me doing things; I do like to chip in as and when I can! So far, I've messaged roughly 600 people; firstly I've been in contact with everyone who has attended a UK Government strike this year; and I'm also halfway through our list of NHS recipients.

My goal in this is simple: firstly, I have asked for a full account of peoples experience; what they found good; any feedback they have; etc. As well as this, the messages are laced with useful links, information, and invitations to get in touch with me personally, and/or any involved ministers. The goal is not just to tell them where things are; or what to do; but rather invite them to treat themselves to whats on offer, and get in touch if they need more pointers.

I've already received some bawww PMs from the usual suspects, and some from people who are worried that I am targeting their Military Unit and/or Party. So, to dispell any notion that I'm some partisan ESO peon who is using my position to weaken the 'challengers' to Legion; please see the below messages for what I've been messaging. You'll note that I am inviting any players under level 25 to join the NHS Military Unit. This is completely unaffiliated with any group, party or otherwise. It is Government property, and is an extension of the Official Government Military. Its only open to those who are in 'Division 1', ie, under Level 25.

As previously stated; this unit offers 500 health and 5 Q6 weapons with no strings attached, or employment required. Its the best deal for new players; ensures that we can direct their damage effectively, and most importantly has already been announced to all core Military Unit Commanders. Indeed, in our previous meetings, I made it clear I would be personally advertising this to everyone that would listen; because its the best deal for new players. At that meeting, no issues or arguments against this were raised. As the saying goes; speak now or hold your peace. Opposition to this should be directed to your Military Commanders, they had the option to have an input into our reform; instead, we agreed upon it. I will not change my stance on this; no-one can compete with the supplies offered, and there seems little appetite to either.

This MU will focus 100% on player development; it will only take in and accept new players. Existing MUs do not have the logistics, staff, or organisation to be able to compete with this. All other MUs will have a mix of divisions; huge amounts of non-division 1 players to focus on; etc. Essentially, I'm happy to be blunt on this point; complain if you want, its changing nothing.


In other news, today I organised a jump in co-operation between a few of our close ONE allies this month; at least, in terms of joint priorities, and mutual reliance. Thus, the British, Polish, Spanish and Slovenian governments will be enjoying much closer channels of communication. Ultimately, we must accept that we are all in the same boat in terms of threats from TEDEN; and we must ensure we do anything and everything to help, protect and fight for each other when it is necessary. I'm sure you'll agree its in our best interests; indeed, its basically necessary that we have these arrangements; not just because of the damage element, but in order to continue to improve our relations after relatively quiet months in the past.

Bank of England is lowered and well be kept at 100k because Jamesw has asked me this. The working org for the Ministry is HM Treasury. Money inside the NHS donations is money, food and gold people have sent to Blueandevil and will be used solely for funding the NHS. At the moment he has enough food/GBP for funding the NHS for another five days.
The money held for the Peace Treaty Agreement is belonging to Belarus and Lithuania, this is kept inside HM Treasury.
We have around 2 million GBP at the moment, this is a lot more than when we started this term. This is because we have had a lot of donations for the NHS and some people have been very loyal in giving out free weapons. We thank you all!
Our daily income is around 38k GBP every day. The changes in tax have had no influence on the income and we have had a lot of fluctuations. The daily costs we have are lower than the income we have.
Costs are at the moment MPP’s , we have signed 9 at the moment with a new one this day.
The costs from the MoD are the raw materials and some strikes.
NHS is self funding, they have gotten more donations than they have spent at this moment. Without donations the daily costs would be around 10k.

In conclusion: the eUK is doing great but that’s because we have luck at our side. No warfare, a lot of donations, and a cut in MPP’s. We have a lot of savings when war breaks out but our daily income is still low considering the possible costs of daily strikes.
