Hi guys! Firstly, some of you will note that we attacked france, and are losing quite badly. This is because in a bilateral Presidential agreement (based purely on trust), we have agreed with France that whilst negotiations over our NAP continue, we will try not to conquer each other.

Thus, I hit the region knowing we would lose - firstly because it was going into the time of day when France and Terra have the majority of their damage, and secondly ensured that ONE HQ was aware that we wanted to lose.

All that remains is for France, and the French President, to return this act of good faith; we anticipate their attack on Sunday morning, at around 00:00 eRepublik time. I'm hopeful our good intentions and in my opinion, quite generous move will be reciprocated, so that we can close this war and hopefully move on.

In the mean time, there is a new ONE HQ; and its one which is more confident, but quiet confidence. Which is nice, the last HQ was a huge fan of IRC 'pinging' - some may say that 20-30 pings an hour was 'too much', but who am I to judge? 😛

Short report today - not been online much. 2800 Q5 distibuted to 48 1st and 22 2nd month recipients. There were 4 1st month signups, 3 2nd month signups and 4 mentor requests.

Other than that, not much else to report. Our income is doing quite well at the moment, but the boom has gone. We aren't moving towards a Bust (mainly because we have no George Osbourne or Gordon Brown here), but our income is showing a gradual fall back towards 'normal' levels.

We have a few ministerial things; firstly the MoD is tentatively looking at a reform; we'll be costing the move and hopefully trying to reach the point where we can maybe increase supplies? Who knows, depends on costs and how our income goes.
