The Largo Endorsement

Day 946, 18:16 Published in USA USA by John Largo

Back by popular demand (seriously double digit requests), I bring you The Largo Endorsements.

This past month congress grew extremely inactive. Thats why it is important to vote for people who are up to the challenge of congress. I believe this month's endorsees will reverse that trend. In fact they have already shown initiative in hunting me down and begging for an endorsement. (All data on where the candidates are running and who is a blocker were from the FEC spreadsheet linked HERE )

So without further ado....The Largo Endorsees (in no particular order)

Shino336 - One term Senator. who deserves another in Colorado.
Sir Valaro Volcrum - Karnataka candidate with much military and foreign political experience. Building momentum towards another presidential run.
Kazeal - Experienced Senator seeking another chance to make a difference in Chongqing.
Marcus Patterson - Active citizen has served his country as a blocker and an ATO voter on multiple occaisions, now its time to give him a chance in the "Big Leagues" for Hawaii.
Charmader95 - In a tight race, I think this congressional bridesmaid gets the ring due to the "Largo Bump". Though he faces stiff competition in Arizona from the perennially funny Halfie and the unstopable Dan Wang.
Laxsnor - In Idaho, this youngster shows great potential.
Dave Richards - Future Media Mogul vies for his first sucessful election in Oklahoma.
Robert Grosseteste - Experienced Senator want to give more to his country in New York. Plus he is old as balls. Gross balls. 😛

And now, for no real reason, I will pick the winners of all the races:

Now for some advise for new congressmen:
1. Read up on all the recent articles in the Public section Congress section of the eusforum.com You need to be caught up for the massive amount of reading you will have to do to when you get access to the Private boards.
2. Ask a senior Senator (someone like Cromstar or Necrosis) for the address of whichever IRC room they are using nowadays.
3. Do not grant citizenship requests until the candidate has been vetted by the IES. Follow the rules you will find on the forum.
4. Do not vote "in game" until you have discussed the proposal on the forums.
5. You only get to propose 2 laws "in game" per term. Use them wisely. Preferably saving them for donations and money issuances. If not used, you can use them for lulz proposals during the last few days of your term.
6. Read the thread on money issuances and donations on the forum before you try to do it.
7. Figure out where the quorum sign-in is at on the forum and use it for each week's roll call.
8. Participate in the discussions, even after you have been in office for 3 weeks.
9. Write articles to let your constituants know what you are accomplishing.
