The Hands That Built America

'Emerick is great.'

^This was p cool.

It has been a while since I last heard those words in the eUSA. I remember when eAmerica's hero stated this inaugural address and exemplified unity:

'We need to organize. The biggest complaint about the US, from both within and without, is that we're crazy as ass. We spend most of our time fighting amongst ourselves about the stupidest, pettiest crap. scrabman called an entire party "butthole hater trolls". What the hell is wrong with you? Our alliance had fallen apart, it was a time when we should have been reaching out and solidifying relationships while coming together for our own security, and you decide to dedicate an entire article to waving your balls-oh wait, I'm doing it now. See? This is what we are. It's one thing to be individualistic, but another to be clawing at everyone who glances in your direction. America, we need to come together as one over something.'

I respect those times. When World War 3 commenced I departed from eGreece to join up with e Americaandhelpfight back the invasion of eUSA. When Emerick was a great leader for the eUnited States of America, it was that nationwide address that personified the American spirit for eRepublik, comparable to the tragedies that took place in New York on September 11, 2001 in which many Americans united against the terrorist attacks.

Now before I digress from my initial point by dragging us into a 'rah-rah America unite against terrorism,' let me highlight the pivotal points by Emerick that proved it was possible to unite ourselves 'Say hello to your government'.

If that is not a stacked and unified eUSA, then GTFO!

There are other awesome attributes this great man displayed and tried to ascertain in different avenues:

You pretty much get the picture, right?

Okay, GreekHoplite, we get the point, but why are you writing this? Recent troubles lead me to conclude that our past hero's ego has gotten the better of himself. A recent quote I took from the SEES irc channel was 'If Emerick trolls your article, then you're pr cool.' Why is this cool? This doesn't show unity, but more of brash way of saying 'Thanks, that's great, but SEES is cooler...DIO DIO DIO DIO DIO DIO!' and so on.

I did not know we should have to bandwagon crap like that to achieve the approval of a once admirable leader. This definitely interferes with my opinion beforehand of the man who helped rebuild eUSA, as opposed to the view I have now where s@(# doesn't matter.

Since Emerick's beautiful death there was much vigor in the media about how great he was, what he accomplished and questions of what the country should do now without the Great American Hero.

With the creation of SEES and Emerick's eventual departure, there breathed a lot of hope into a new unification of America, where Emerick made it his own personal quest to re-invigorate the masses of the convoluted Top 5 American Parties and unite us all politically.

SEES began their quest.

Now there is much controversy around the issue of the recent party president elections, but what is the most troubling part is the schism we have today: why everyone should hate on the APF.

Furthermore, from this skewed vision of political unification, there were many disgruntled people who were entirely not in favor of their parties being taken over. Former America's Advancement Party, United States Workers Party, Republican Party, UIP and Democrat Republican leaders expressed their empathy towards eAmerica's recent plight of political invasion.

As difficult as it is for me to mention his name again, Pizza the Hut struck while the iron was hot and captured the Republican Party while a Hungarian candidate took over the DemReps. Meanwhile, the battle for the AAP and the USWP began and dissolved any forward progress.

So what is the problem now?

The American Progressive Front members followed Max McFarland 2. When the next Party President election ran, for a fellow named Stormin, @#%! got ugly. SEES members often came in to the APF IRC channel to threaten a take over the APF. If it was for lulz or not, it definitely was not sending a unifying message to a party that controlled a vast majority of voters.

Meanwhile, the Federalists were on the rise and were able to reap the benefits of lost and disgruntled players who left their original parties. When the Party President elections began last month (May) we saw a plethora of mistakes made:

1) SEES issued this statement
2) APF issued this statement

APF's statement pissed off Max McFarland 2 so he ran for Party President against Stormin.

Meanwhile, the former DemReps, former USWP (now SEES), Federalists, UIP and Libertarians (now TAMA) began an Anti-Take Over (ATO) effort against Pizza the Hut in the Republican Party, in which Michael Porter ran against him.

After the elections, the APF had a mass horde of votes, and Stormin came out on top as the winner. However, the APF statement that was issued pissed off a lot of the other top 5 parties who were making an effort to stop Pizza the Hut in the Republican Party. The majority of this hate fuel was supplied by SEES members because the APF stood up against them.

The accusation? APF whored all its votes for itself against MM2 who was not a political threat, instead of making sure PTHUT lost the Republican Party that he took over a couple months before.

Can you blame the APF? I do not think you can entirely blame them if you consider the propaganda that was out here, there and everywhere that MM2 was a Phoenix supporter and SEES supporter while emblazoning the SEES border around his avatar during the Party President election. What did you expect the APF to do? It was going to retaliate.

You expected it to do exactly what it did. Protect itself from take over. And by this happening you had the opportunity to take stabs at it.

I understand the frustration both sides had in this outcome. I understand its about lulz and srs bizness...or what ever.

The point in that regard is: has anyone considered the precursors to that event?

Take a look:

1) Emerick envisioned a united political country. And to do that he would overtake the largest political party at the time.
2) Max McFarland 2 helped to do the same.
3) Both are very idealist visionaries.
4) However, the outcome did not meet the means.

It is arguable that this vision of unification of political parties could have lead to the schism we have now, especially considering that a Hungarian and wannabe prankster-hut took advantage of those Party Presidential elections. No wait, that actually did happen and it is very permissible logic to conclude that that is exactly what those PTOers did and achieved. So who wasn't paying attention to POLITICAL TAKE OVERS beforehand?

Guys / gals, who is to blame? Both are to blame.

Can we just swallow our prides and move on? There was a vision that was made by a fellow who is all of us. And if we get back in touch with those ideals, then we can into v2 with a new trespass...together 😃 Wouldn't that be fun?

Lets kiss and make up, k?
