Hola eIndia!
Its been sometime since my most awesome article EVER! I was supposed to do a follow-up of it with the 'explanation' (of the region swap with China) & all that, but ... bleh. As CP I should have brought out regular updates (the frequency of Probolus Awesomus' Presidential articles has me so pumped, I declare him the BEST CP EVAH ... after the Dik ofc), but there comes a saturation point in your e-life - at least for those who were as involved as I was - where you just have this complete aversion to the stuff which came most naturally to you - like articles or talking on IRC or making out or Heineken or brownies with chocolate sauce & ice-cream. Nah, I'm kidding, one can never have enough of brownies with chocolate sauce & ice-cream! Or making out. Or Heineken. Or making out.

I realized how at some level eRepublik had stopped becoming fun for me and was leading to the boredom that led me to quit back in V2 days. Medals never held much charm for me, nor did 'positions' (except my lifetime role as Dik Grande, Grand Diktator of eIndia or other.. err.. compromising 'positions'). What mattered to me most, and still does, is the community here, and that is dying.

I mean, almost half my friends' list is dead & gone or merely two-clicking; especially the core group of guys. Even Shail, the eRep-addict & one of my oldest friends here, disappeared a few days back - bottom line, the primary reason why I am here at all - cybersex the community - is dying. Lets face it, the game itself is dying. And no amount of free bazookas can change that. Heh

But I'm still here. Why? Beats me. eIndia is (surprisingly!) still here. (SOMEONE NE THAI-SERB-LAND! I MISS GETTING WIPED!!!) And I still have quite a few friends whom I cherish, who are as dumb enough as me and more to be playing this shitty game and are still(!) here.

So, since we ARE here, lets make it fun.


We have been having the eIndian Premiere League, which frankly has been a fantastic effort from Shaz. If you haven't been following the eIPL scoresheets & commentaries (where Naga has been helping Shaz out, if I'm not mistaken), check them out here: eIPL Blog & The Falconz' Herald!

It doesn't, of course, hurt me that my team, Kolkata Knight Riders is in the finals! Funny thing is even if our team does manage to win, the prize money would barely cover our 14k INR highest bid and as per the competition's format, even the bottom team has more profits than us!! But that's completely fine by me! After all, you can't put a price on fun (unless someone's willing to buy me a BMW Z4; in which case I'm willing to do almost anything ... I'm serious... anything)! 😛

Equally awesome if not more has been the eFormula One competition initiated by our old timer, DonMogul. My drivers are sucking quite bad there, but ah well, watching those video commentaries and speculating on winning car specs is pretty awesome. Am sure of all people, miltiadis is having as blast as his team's on top!

I sure hope both of them continue the eIPL & eF1 formats, and we'll have more takers in the coming seasons!


There is nothing more fun than taking part in an internet game played out on another internet game.

What hasn't been much 'fun' in quite sometime, has been Congress elections. And that's because, besides the off-hand comment here and there, eIndian Party politics is pretty dead. So in my bid to bring back the juice in eIndian community, here's my manifesto for Party President ... oh wait .. that's already done .. I already am Party President of eINDIA'S MOST AWESOMEST PARTY EVER, INDIA UNITED!!! WOOHOOO! Thanks to all those who supported & voted for me.

For many of you noobs out there, who are not aware of Why we're so awesome (seriously, most of you weren't even there, when IU had its 'glory days'), and for most of you senior IU members, who have forgotten what made us awesome, here's me taking you all to school.

Education is important for life. Re-education IS life.

So without further ado, here are some of the basic plans for rejuvenating India United. Some of the party members are already aware I had made a Party Manifesto, the last time I was PP (back in 2009!). Unfortunately the succession of lazy bums over TWO YEARS have failed to use it to drive our agenda forward.

I, of course, plan to change that. But, I won't do it alone.

Firstly, IU needs a Core Committee. Positions, titles, color of the walls in the nursery, & shabangs to be decided later. First, do YOU want to be a part of the cool team or not? If yes, pm me now, drop by our Rizon channel, #india-united & we shall figure out the rest.

As for Congress, I of course have some names in mind, and am working on the Candidacy list. BUT first, I want You to tell me where you want to place your candidature (pm me 3 region names as per your priority preference latest by 12:00 Day 1431). Preferably do not place your candidature before the final list article is out (at Day 1431 13:00) as region preference will be first come, first serve basis & no point wasting funds in moving about. I'll try my best to accommodate your choices as much as possible.

Also, the priority focus will be on newcomers and especially first-timers who are applying for Congress. We have a pretty awesome record of getting people in & we shall use our array of experience to continue doing the same.

So, c'mon IU, bring on your awesome, I'll bring the Pizza & the beer! \m/
