Now onto addressing a 'trivial matter'.
Recent talks with Pakistan & EDEN
ePakistan is whining about honoring deals. Just so we're clear on this, I'll lay out our perspective. Its IS detailed, so read it only if you are interested & yet unaware of what went on.
Initial Stage
When we were on the verge of being wiped out by ePakistan, we were looking at all options to turn the tide of the war. At this point, we were faced with 3 options:
1> Get wiped out, build up a resistance movement, with potential chances of success only in the long term. It would also mean free Citizenship post Congress elections & definite PTO.
2> Strike a deal with Pakistan; calling for a ceasefire, based of course on mutually agreed terms. We were of course not keen on any negotiations with the Dioists who had called us whatnot. However on intervention by an EDEN mediator who proposed mutually-beneficial to both parties - essentially return of all regions & Pakistan's cooperation with EDEN in the future, we went agreed to talks.
3> Seek support from eChina in attacking ePakistan; China potentially stands to gain a lot from this endeavor; India gets back to full strength and works as a strong ally to EDEN in SE Asia.
Unfortunately, not only did Pakistan President reject the initial offer, but demanded we pay 2500g to them, and they'll hold onto most of our regions. In spite of pursuing with the 'peace talks' for 2 days, they finally collapsed, when Pakistan refused to budge.
It was at this point, that China & India took a call, and decided to go ahead with the 3rd option. Even if this hadn't worked, based on the response we got from majority of eIndia, we would probably have chosen option 1 over any deals Pakistan proposed at that point.
Later developments
However there was a twist in the tale, as USA MoFA St Krems stepped in. While our past experience with USA has left a bitter taste in our mouth, and am sure its the same from their side; in the interest of EDEN & her allies, we still honored their request to go back to the discussion table.
However do note, St Krems is a renowned Dioist. He was part of the Exodus against India few months back - having declared he'll wipe out India. So for obvious reasons we had issues with his direct involvement in this matter, and to clarify NO ISSUES WITH USA BEING INVOLVED AS A WHOLE.
Nonetheless a initial round of talks went ahead between Crista (EDEN HQ), Blodance (Chinese CP), Iseutz (Indian Prime Minister) & Dishmcds (Pakistan VMoFA & Dioist). The logs are on forum for those with access to see them.
As per the logs & Iseutz account, here are the basic points of it:
1> Iseutz very categorically claims and more than once that the 'talks' are preliminary, and the final decision on the outcome of the negotiations (at least from our side as the prime party involved) will be that of eIndia CP & staff, based on majority feedback.
2> In the new deal it was proposed that,
China gets: Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh & Karnataka
US gets: Gujarat, North Eastern India & Maharashtra
Pakistan gets: Northern India, Rajasthan, Kashmir & Chattisgarh
India gets: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Kerala & Bihar
This along with other clauses.
Essentially for the sake of pleasing Pakistan, our regions would be distributed among all parties. While we still had no issues with China or USA negotiating region-deal with us; with the idea that this would help us put our past bitterness with USA & EDEN behind; we refused this deal on the premise, that (a) it was proposed by a prominent Dioist, (b) it was more in favor of Pakistan, with no retribution (c) accepting the deal would mean, cutting off our b**** (d) the 'deal' was mostly based on misinformation provided to EDEN, China & USA.
Final Stages
After Iseutz put forth the logs of the talks to the CP, his staff & general populace; it was rejected by most. Given our reservations with Krems' involvement and Pakistan's stake in the deal; we clearly communicated our stance to EDEN & China.
At this point, Pakistan declared Thailand as their Natural Enemy; for those who don't know, most Citizens in Thailand are from Phoenix nations (Serbia & others) and this move would potentially open the way forward for Indonesia to gain a greater foothold in S.E Asia. While Pakistan now claims it was a move to 'rent out regions', at that point it was not communicated clearly to any of the parties involved in the talks, in spite of the fact that a threat from Indo would have serious implications for all.
Pakistan also claims they stand neutral, while in recent Croatia-Serbia battle, PAF tanks have dealt more than 300k damage from Serbian side, and they have continued to hire Phoenix tanks to fire from their side in all our battles.
Based on final talks with EDEN/China, sealed by Pakistan's unsanctioned actions, China has honored our previous arrangement. They have now gone on to win 3 regions of Pakistan & have just won the 5th original eIndian region. We ourselves with the help of ST6 & allies have been able to regain 3 of our own regions, and are now firmly on the path of rebuilding. We surely hope to be able to repay the favor to our allies soon.

Some entities of Phoenix nations are still trying to disrupt the plans by starting Resistance wars in the newly-owned Chinese regions. Again, I repeat, these are NOT endorsed by India, so I suggest Citizens to move to China, & fight on China side of the RW's.
Please do not fall for foreign propaganda. Be active, know the truth, make eIndia strong. Folloe Military Orders regarding battles at all times.

So you believe that based on this confusion, China went on to break the deal?? Without trying to clear the confusion and resolving the issue?
My friend this is called looking for excuses to back down from the deal. You are just playing with words to give justification to Chinese deal breaker Govt.
I think even after wipe out Pakistan won't be able to hold onto all Indian regions for long and get PTOed. So going with Chinese in any case isn't a sound deal(bad deal i must say). You would probably get more regions back by waiting a little than making it a mess with Chinese as it is now since you can't even win a resistance war against china. Whatever your official stance is, right now the Chinese seems to messed it up. And now Diosts are after them since they didn't show up for any talks neither did they come up with an official version of their justification of why did they back down from their Deal. So far its all Indian people clarifying the Deal and putting their official stance which doesn't really matter for the moment.
The only reason Pakistan was able to successfully invade India in the first place was because India made a deal with Serbia that basically betrayed the eUS and the EDEN alliance. Had India not completely alienated themselves from the EDEN community and tried to conquer Pakistan quite a few times this might not have happened. eUS was happy to work with a country like Pakistan that was reasonable and would allow them to swap through to SE asia to remove Serbia.
