A few months back, when I was getting to know the eIndian community, I came across a fellow, who had all the qualities of a leader, and tremendous potential for such, and the least inclination, aversion really, to become one, here, in eIndia. Since then, times have changed, drastically.

Over the past few months, this fellow, Ashwamedh has taken up the mantle of building international network of friends and liaison, first under kansarasumit, then by himself as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He has also taken care of the National Police Force, having succeeded BroodRoosterNL, thus covering both external and internal aspects of National Security. It has taken a PTO group, Mafia to wake this dormant volcano, but ever since being the first one to notice the Mafia threat, and having monitored it along with shail.back and Nikkk S, Ashwamedh has been working round the clock to counter the PTO threat, possibly making the most contribution to the effort than any of us! Moreover, he has been single-handedly working on bringing in many Citizens and getting funds in place for advertisements in Indian Media (RL) leading the way for the eIndian baby boom.

I state all this just to highlight how Ashwamedh has been a key pillar in ensuring our very survival over the past few months, and right now, the man best poised to lead eIndia during these challenging and dangerous times.

He’s already spent sleepless nights for eIndia, and will have to spend a few more weeks of that! And trust me, he’ll make you do so too!

In his own words:
“I am now picking up my weapons and going for president as someone who will take no nonsense and will take what is ours on our terms. Disrespect us at your own risk.

I have brought in at least 50-100 players without even trying hard...now watch out my friends and enemies...I talk...when needed...but I DELIVER.

Make no mistake, this is a long tough war now, and it’s a war of attrition which needs the strong...and needs your time to help us. It needs Indians...and I promise u war and RESPECT.

This is not a time for party politics and not an endorsement by India United. For all who know Ashwamedh, know he isn’t one who bothers with party affiliations much. This is for eIndia. This is for the best person who can captain the ship through the on-going storms of adversity.

My VOTE goes for Ashwamedh as eIndia Country President.

What we will work to achieve

Ashwamedh has been away the past week, for a much deserved holiday, and will be back by tomorrow. As our dear friend, Jelly9473 has already announced his intention to run as well, and we want a pre-poll prior to the election [we’ll need to nominate ONE official candidate by today, Day 774, to counter the Take Over attempt by MAFIA]. Towards that I’ve discussed with him his key goals. They are:

National Security
This is an area of prime concern, as we’re under both political and military threat. Our relations with some of our friends have ensured we have options in hand to counter the PTO threat, as well as the anticipated Serbian advance. For starters we’ll be getting the MPP’s in place to further solidify our position, and will be working to ensure all steps are taken diplomatically and in structuring the Indian Armed Forces in preparation of any threats to the nation.

The IAF is already being structured by some leading eIndian Citizens, and they’ll be provided with further tools and support (financial & structural) to make IAF a prime fighting force in Asia.

We’ll be forming a national Anti-Take-Over group, which will be a separate entity from the Government, and will have terms spanning few months. They’ll be working closely with the Party Presidents, in deciding candidates for Congress & PP Election, monitoring voters as well as Mafia numbers, and most importantly will be handling all tactical details on Election days. They’ll be trained in all matters by those handling it over the past 3 months.

Baby Boom
No matter how organized we are, our drawback shall always be our voter numbers, unless we can get our population count up. Over past few weeks Ashwamedh has already brought in a vast multitude of players by tapping his RL base of friends and colleagues. We plan to do more aggressive marketing, doing advertisements in youth-magazines and papers. Again this is one of the areas of critical importance for our long-term survival.

Retention is of course another key area, and one of the key factors will be Training Wars. Given the complex nature of world politics (with conflicting MPP’s and such) it has been challenging to get the Training War started. Moreover with a real war at our doorstep, we’ll be working to get it in order as soon as we’re secure from foreign threat.

Internal Affairs India has been doing a fantastic job taking care of new Citizens and making them active. This area will get even more focus, with more Mentors, and programs to increase activity on forums and IRC Channel. We’ll be incorporating new changes in the forum as well, thanks to SuckBoy (Betha), which will ensure easier communication and interaction via the forums.

Complete eIndia
With a baby boom, another one of our targets can be achieve😛 the return of ALL our regions. For the moment given the political & military threat, it’s strategically suitable for us to let USA and China keep some 7 of our regions. This however holds true till we get our baby boom, and we can get back our regions, and have a major boost to our economy as well, with high resource regions, and hundreds of companies in those regions.

Our goal and dream, Complete control of all 17 of our regions, Complete eIndia! With a baby boom, and proper administrative measures to take care of them, we need not depend on other nations’ support or be swayed by threats, be free to choose our own path.
This again is THE most vital aspect for our survival.

Cabinet
At the moment the key isn’t titles and positions, but getting the job done. eIndia has come quite far, with many new and active Citizens, best displayed in the current batch of Congressmen. So simply put if you have ideas, and want to execute them, you’ll be provided all the support required for it. Ashwamedh himself, supported by me and others will be monitoring the IRC channels regularly, and are always open to ideas and opinions. Communication, timely and regular is a key aspect of a Government’s success, and not an easy task. We’ve had meetings before to keep Citizens in the loop regarding critical decisions. At times some executive decisions need to be taken without time for debating them, but we’ll try our best to provide regular updates, so we have informed and aware Citizens.

Its time to put to the test all that we’ve gained in understanding and experience, over the past few terms. We’ll have challenging times ahead, and we’ve talked lots. Now is the time for action, the time to deliver on our promises- the promise of a baby boom, the promise of a complete India, the promise of eIndia’s security and sovereignty. It won’t be an easy period in any way, but I can guarantee, Ashwamedh is the person best suited at the moment, to be the captain of the ship, eIndia.
