As you all are aware, eIndia has been going through major challenges lately and has been adapting to them. Azad Hind Fauj too has been adapting to the changing scenarios, working towards making ourselves more organized, efficient and structured. We've had a few victories, albeit major ones, but the job's far from done. We are yet to make eIndia whole, and we'll continue to protect its dignity and sovereignty & ensure her long term survival, while we fight for her Independence, Purna Swaraj!
To streamline our functioning, we have a fresh structure to introduce to our Fauji's and eIndia! Azad Hind Fauj's function has been broken up into specific functions, and 4 orgs which will oversee each aspect.
ORG - Azad Hind Fauj
Function - Liaison with other parties & Networking, Media (Mission Updates & Propaganda)
ORG - AHF Command
Function - Strategy/Orders details to be sent via personal messages, primary communication channel with Fauji's. All Orders related queries to be directed here from henceforth. Fauji's please send email id via PM to this org asap, to be given permission to view AHF Command Sheet.
AHF Command Sheet (AHFCS) - will carry daily orders & mission updates. All AHF Fauji's are requested to check the AHFCS everyday when they log in. Reminder to do so will be sent via PM prior to missions as well.
[Permission to view/edit is restricted. Further instructions regarding this on the sheet itself.]
In case one can't view sheet for any reason, or there is confusion regarding Orders, they are to PM AHF Command for updated instructions.
ORG - AHF Dispatch
Function - Weapons/Tickets transfers
After checking AHFCS Mission Orders, all weapons and ticket requirements are to be stated:
~ On Live Chat window on the sheet (if Dispatch personnel online)
~ Request sent via PM to AHF Dispatch (if Dispatch personnel not online)
AHF Dispatch to be manned by select Dispatch Commanders, and Sheet 2 (AHFCS) to be updated real time with details of items sent.
ORG - AHF Fauji Recruit
Function - Recruitment and Training of new Fauji's. All existent personnel can refer candidates to the org and select personnel can work as Fauji Trainers.
All eIndians who wish to join Azad Hind Fauj, please send a message to AHF Fauji Recruit and you'll be contacted shortly.
AHF Personnel Sheet will be maintained by AHF Commanders, and auto-updated with all vital info (strength, damage, location, rank, wellness & damage required to next rank). This essentially means, more effective communication and monitoring of progress.
So in short, what do you need to do?
~ Send a PM to AHF Command with your email id.
~ Check the AHF Command Sheet, link sent to you via PM (Ask for it, if you are AHF and haven't received link in next 24 hours)
~ Communicate with AHF Command in case of clarification of Orders
~ Communicate with Dispatch Commanders via LIVE CHAT or by sending PM to AHF Dispatch
~ Follow mission orders & move/vote/fight/win for eIndia!

Actually I have a suggestion too, why not make a userscript for greasemonkey like the DoD in USA? It is much more effective to send our orders as they appear in the homepage.

Absolutely Akash, would be quite cool if it can be implemented. The current AHF Command Sheet system as you have seen I suppose, uses a alternative format, but 100 times more effective than sending out mass PM's. However if more efficient systems are developed, they are more than welcome. We'll work on it. Thanks
