International:
The eUSA getting wiped is not a defeat of eUSA. It is the ultimate failure of Terra. There is no nation in such a game as this that can withstand, nearly alone, the onslaught of every other meaningfully powerful nation all at once unless they are allied properly with other significant forces.

We thought we were.

Now the rest of the world is pissing on Terra, and we are all getting hit with the spray.

Bladders will soon be void, though, and the pissed on will be pissed off.

Here's predicting this game is going to get very, very good in the coming months.

Politics:
If the war module did not obligate so much of our playing time, this would stand a better chance at remaining vibrant. Even this month, with likely 5 very capable and exciting Candidates, we are woefully lacking in Political activity. These damn wars just never stop.

But eUSA getting wiped was good for the Political Culture of this Nation. Our Military did not get us wiped, our Politics did. Our Military is Gaddamn Awesome and forestalled this inevitable far longer than I expected was possible.

But our Politics needed to die a quick and merciful death. I think the entire Old Guard of eAmerican polifags is Worn Out - not as interested anymore. This is hardly a criticism, it is an explanation of why we got wiped.

PostWar Politics better change. It . looks . like . it . will.

Military:
Thank you to the men and women in our Militaries and Militias. You have shown the New World how awesome you are. No one could have ever asked more than what you gave. Thank you.

Economics:
This is just broken.

I expect a major Admin adjustment sooner than later.

I will not let my fear of that stop me from doing what I've got to do to suck as much of that 10G/day as I can out of this system.

But it is not hard to do. And for 10G/day this game is plenty of fun.
