May 18, 2007 - The tests begin at eRepublik, everyone can register as a beta-tester. You can view the start of eRepublik here


4 July 2007 - The registration period for eRepublik beta-testers closed, their number reached 100.


15 October 2007 - Alexis Bonté present in an interview taken by Mobuzz.tv all about 'Online Dating'. Alexis Bonté say for the first time about eRepublik. The interview (in French) you can see it here


20 November 2007 - Finally eRepublik.com is launched in BETA version and first official article was published on eRepublik.

21 November 2007 - It is the first day of The New World and were about 200 users who registered from all the corners of the world (Europe, America, Australia).
There were 43 countries of the New World.
First 20 citizens of each country received 50 GOLD.
First parties were created.

28 November 2007 - After just eight days, the New World reached 1000 citizens.

30 November 2007 - Major tests were held on eRepublik


1 December 2007 - First general elections in eRepublik. For the first time, citizens voted for their President and Congressmen. (Presidents - December 2007)

10 December 2007 - The number of parties in eRepublik reached the first big milestone - 100. Party elections, where party members voted for their Party President took place for the first time in eRepublik.

14 December 2007 - Gift production is launched. The benefit of gifts is that the person who buys the gift will be able to give it to a friend who will receive an extra wellness value equal to the quality of the gift.

15 December 2007 - The President of United States - Korbin King, trying to find a solution to lower the unemployment rate in USA, created the first bank in eRepublik. Federal Reserve Bank will be a tool that the US administration will use to support the economy by giving loans to the citizens that want to launch start-ups in eRepublik.

17 December 2007 - In order to help the free market, the Contract board was implemented in the Forum. Here citizens have a legal area where they can make their official agreements.


20 December 2007 - Local elections take place in eRepublik. The candidates proposed by Party Presidents have the chance to become Mayors and will administrate regional budgets, buying hospitals and setting the company monthly taxes. Following a participation of 35% on average (there were more than 3000 votes all over eRepublik) in the local elections.
From December 21 we will have 181 Mayors in place.

21 December 2007 - After one month there are over 7500 citizens and 10,000 daily visits to the eRepublik world, over 600 companies and 111 political parties in 43 different countries.

24 December 2007 - The largest forums dedicated to eRepublik were started - EUK Forums.

25 December 2007 - On Christmas day, every citizen received +10 wellness points as a gift from the eRepublik team.
