I'm not sure whether it's Australian tradition, but the amounts of ministers in some departments seems extremely excessive.. The rule typically goes one department, one minister, several deputies.
I think you'll just cause a lot of confusion in your cabinet, especially in regards to authority. I think you'll also find that your ministers are likely to contradict each other on several occasions, leading to conflict over who's got the higher authority etc.

Yeah the issue we have is that people have a tendency to go walk-abouts, hence having enough people in each dept incase that happens. Each department will have their own PM and will be in communication with each other rather than left to their own devices 🙂

Small Departments in Aus always leads to a dead Department so we are going the other way. Each Minister gets the same power and If we are deadlocked on a way forward then obviously as CP I'll make the final decision.

I'm involving many deputies as well because a lot of our community has left recently and these guys and gals need to see how we operate and that there is nothing to worry about...we're not just going to throw them in the deep end.

This community needs activity and Information and we are going to give it to them \o/

*EDIT* Due to working a night shift and not going to sleep yet...and being a moron, I left my party so I could go party to party and post on their newsfeeds that they are welcome to still join the cabinet. Needless to say I have been locked out as CP candidate.

I f*cked up and left the party that nominated me so I could go around the other parties and remind people in the newsfeed they could join the cabinet in many different forms...and so game mechanics locked me out of running for CP 😃
