That’s right...I’m throwing my hat in the ring for the eAustralian CP elections on April 5th, and why am I announcing it now? Because I am giving you ample time to know that i aim to sort out this country and it’s inactivity.

This last week eAustralia has been in some serious turmoil and some wonderful people have left our community which concerns me, not to mention other gamers who are planning on leaving eRepublik for pastures new.

No more.

Recently we have seen a senate fail to Impeach a President who resigned and left the game and asked to be Impeached, and still senate failed to do what was best for the country and even if they didn’t read the media or view the forums where it is very noticeable then why the hell did you at least try to find out why there was an Impeachment vote? It is this laziness that is killing our community. Some will say we didn't do enough to inform them of the vote...well apart from articles, forum threads etc etc but people need to remember that the only people who have power in eAustralia who get a paid reward (5 gold) are the CP and, yes you guessed it - Senators.

No more am I prepared to sit back and watch eAustralia become an even smaller nation, wiped, desolate, insignificant and alone. We face some very difficult times ahead which we will emerge from with our heads held high and proud to be eAustralian, and I will make the decisions needed to bring this community together with one common goal. I am drawing a line and eAustralia will be pushed around no more.

If we do not have a senate on the 26th of March then I will not play by make believe rules on an out of game forum when an unelected body of active and inactive ‘’emergency senators’’ can overrule an in-game elected President. No more and I am telling you this now out of respect and honesty. I shall open an in-game and forum PM with a committee of elder ‘statesmen’ and Cabinet members who shall act as my council and whom I shall inform of every step I make and discuss why I made such decisions...key words being inform and discuss, not dictate. Make no mistake though as an elected official I shall have the last word on all matters until we gain an elected senate, and then I shall work with them as every other CP does in every eCountry. The Government will operate through IRC and the forums as well but we shall bring the message to the public in game as well.

How is a council different to a make believe senate? Well they will be active people through and through and I refuse to be over ruled out of game by people who log onto the game, have little activity then have a say that can over rule an elected official when they were not even elected. If this is the scenario when I come to office (if you elect me of course) and we obtain a senate on April 26th then feel free to Impeach if you have not been able to have your way and you want to stamp your feet. Prove the courage of your convictions by Impeaching an active CP who would not bow to an unelected body out of game.

We draw a line. No more will we cross that line and not even one step further will be taken.



So I recently joined a dead political party that was a known home for PTO multi accounts, why? Because i am nominating myself as CP candidate and make this party useful for once, is it a power grab? You’re damned straight it is a power grab and I am not going to sugar coat it. I choose not to approach other parties in eAustralia for backing as that is solely up to you as you should all know my credentials by now. I have been vCP for the last two months, run the JDS for over half a year and have handled over 450 gold and 200,000cc in that account without one cent unaccounted for. I have also been working as MoFA during this months chaotic term so I have been very active in that department. If I receive more backing then the more the merrier and I welcome that and thank you for your support, one thing I won’t be doing is approaching each party and offering them what they want to hear just for support. By time the CP election runs around you’ll know exactly what I am standing for, who will be in my cabinet and what my vision is.

So what can I bring? Activity, enthusiasm and a dedication to involve as many people as possible because I refuse to stand by and watch this community die a death. I will appoint young players and guide them all the way so they will be ready to lead in the near future and pump fresh blood into this community...all I demand is activity. You want to use the forums and IRC? Brilliant, go for it because i will be as well...but my only demand is activity on the eAustralia media from every Department as well where the majority of Aussies rely upon us and where we fall short.



So anyway, if you want in on the cabinet then PM me and we’ll have a chat, if you don’t then fair enough but my door will always be open if you change your mind. If you are new then don’t think you'll volunteer and be left alone to run a Dept, you won’t be and I will make damned sure of that.

So in the next few weeks i’ll be releasing my manifesto and a few other things which will become clearer toward the end of the month. Your call if you want to vote for me, support me or whatever...no matter your thoughts or opinions of me I’m running for CP and if I lose then I’ll still put all my efforts into this community, either way I’m going to make sure the heartbeat of this community grows stronger and stronger.
