Time for Vyse's traditional Election guide. I'll try keep this as unbiased as possible. (Though anyone reading my shouts will know I do have a preference). Tomorrow all Irish citizens over Level 6 will get to vote in the Presidential Elections. This time you will see two candidates on the ballot paper.
Nithraldur
The incumbent President currently in office taking office last month. One of the oldest and most experienced citizens of Ireland. His running mate is once again the Irish Union Party president Severin who is much younger than the President but has served as Congressman and this term Vice-President of Ireland.

The challenger supported by many parties in the "Alliance for Change". He is currently Minister of Information and was Minister of New Citizens last month. He is currently party president of -ISRP-. His running mate is Aran Tal who once stood in as Minister of Defence while Top Gun was on Holiday and is a hard working if sometimes outspoken congressman.

Next time someone comes to your door campaigning in RL Severin, I hope you will kindly point out to them that they are not running in the election.
Luckily I never had to do that Collins as a political party who wasn't running at election time never came to my door. Maybe it is different where you come from... In real life parties actually put themselves on the ballot and enter into coalitions later 🙂
Right, because entering into a coalition AFTER a winner-take-all election is a superb idea 😃

Well done 🙂" Okay fine then Collins, let me get this straight, you are saying that all smaller parties should just give up and join the second largest party to get rid of the government because alone they have no hope? In that case why don't they all merge and join the ISRP 😛 By your definition alone they are pretty much useless. Thankfully not all members of the smaller parties support the Alliance for 'Change'.
