1) Introduction

It's been a few days now since I have been appointed eRomanian ambassador in eChina. I have taken the time to bring myself up to date on their current situation by reading their press and opening the eRomanian Embassy on their forum. Even though my presence in their media has brought up a lot of negative feed-back from some members of their community, their opinion leaders, along with their President, gave me a very warm welcome.

2) Internal politics

eChina is a country divided by constant inner conflict. The actors on this political stage are the current president Snayke along with those loyal to him on one side, and the opposing party (Juche Box Party) led by Kim Jong Rad, on the other. These two sides constantly throw accusations of fraud and State Budget dilapidation at each other.

At first, president Snayke was a member of the Juche Box party. It was only after his ideology clashed with the interests of the radicals in the party when he moved to the People’s Republican Party, where he was followed by those loyal to him.

The Juche Box Party has since beeen considered by most as a group of nationalist extremists who act for their own interest, covering their actions with their communist propaganda. They claim that they militate for the liberation of South Korea, and in a sign of solidarity to it, they refer to eChina as West Korea.

One of the major scandals was a passed law which stated that a great sum of money should be transferred from the State Budget to an organization called The Central Workers Committee.

I feel it important to mention that the Juche Box Party has majority of seats in the Chinese congress. More will be mentioned on the matter in the following section of the article.

This is the President’s statement regarding the Juche Box situation:
Viktorashul : „Could you give me your input regarding the "West Korean" situation?”
Snayke : „Their presence in congress will probably decrease in the upcoming congress elections so it won't matter for much longer”

This political instability has also taken its toal on Chinese economy. Certain citizens are said to have commited fraud, as various donations from the state budget have been made to their organisations, and the money is nowhere to be seen. Obviously the acusations fly back and forth on the Chinese media.

Also, here is the president’s comment on the matter :
„Viktorashul : What is the number one issue facing China today?
Snayke : Money issues. The government is poor, and we have theives in congress”

3) West Korea

This is Kim Jong Rad’s (the opposition leader) input regarding “West Korea” :

“It all has its roots a couple of months ago when the Indonesians pulled off a PTO of China. They used China to attack South Korea, and conquered the region that I and much of the current majority party lived in.
We decided to stay in China since we were made Chinese through no choice of our own, and eventually won a majority in congress and the presidency, before the current president, Snayke, quit our party after we were wary of his dealing with the Indonesians.
He got some regions back from Indonesia, but he also took a bunch of money from the treasury and blamed it on "traitors" in his former party, the Juche Box party. He now has the support of the People's Republican Party which believes him that WE are the traitors. They believed him about the money since it disappeared without a clear link to him.
In the meantime, Japan took over South Korea entirely after claiming the Koreans held a "secret vote" to accept Japanese control in order to avoid a PTO from some other nation.
Since then us Chinese who are originally from South Korea want to see the nation free again, but we want to use our position in China to become an ally of North Korea and other South Koreans who want independence from Japan in order to hopefully get Japan to return South Korea to the map.
We are calling the nation "West Korea" in solidarity with the South Korea. The other Chinese don't like this and have denounced us as lunatics and a minority, even though we have the largest political party.
I hope this helped clear a few things up, but it's a complicated situation.”

4) External politics

President Snayke mentioned very little regarding the subject. He refers to the relations between eChina and its neighboring countries as stable and friendly . He sees eRomania, eHungary and eIndonesia as neutral countries, thus avoiding any implication whatsoever in today’s eWorld conflicts.

Regarding relations between our countries, the President stated (quote)

„Viktorashul : How would you describe the general population’s attitude twards Romania, both eChinese and West Korean adepts?
Snayke : West Koreans seem to dislike everyone regardless of where they are from
Snayke : eChinese seem to lean towards building better relations with everyone, including eRomania”

Also, the Presidential Newspaper released the following article on the matter:

Regarding military activity, the Chinese currently have an active war supporting Latvia in the war against Lithuania and Finland.

President Snayke mentioned that the purpose of this undertaking is to raise citizens level and experience.

In conclusion, eChina is a country we could collaborate with quite well, once their political turmoil dies down, their economic issues are cleared up, and they set their sights on international relations, or in other words, once they have cleaned up their own back yard. Until then, I shall continue with my assignment of promoting the idea of a friendly and trustworthy eRomania among eChinese citizens.

Best regards, Viktorashul – appointed Romanian Ambassador in eChina.
