eBulgaria is one of the most growing country in Phoenix.
Unfortunately for a country to grow you need Land sector too or else the money gets drained away.
eBulgaria doesn't have any High land region which is very important for their growth.
Well our good friends and ally eIran has 3 High Oil and 3 High Grain which can be used perfectly for renting.
Well this will be a win win situation for eIran, eBulgaria and Phoenix.
eIran gets gold from renting these regions as they already have excess of this regions. Its a game and we need to help our allies here.
eBulgaria should rent South Khorasan for high Grain and Southwestern Iran for High Oil
How to make this cost effective?
well we have to wait till admins clear out the dead profiles thus reducing the cot of attack.
These two regions does not have much population and companies so it is ideal for rent. But the rent shouldn't be too high as these regions are virgin and setting up companies and earning gold will take time.. the rent should start up slowly for companies to develop and people to move in and thus the company and the state should start earning tax.
I hope the rent and all the paper work are sorted out soon so that Phoenix in turn earns more and more gold.

Going through Marmara and returning it back to Turkey = 2887,5G. And that'd require for either Turkey or Bulgaria to get rid of their MPP😒. If Turkey serves as the swapper, Greece invades. If Bulgaria gets rid of their MPP😒, Romania invades. If you use Iran as the middleman, the cost of passing through Marmara ALONE will be 4300G. How cost-efficient is that? Add the rest of the Turkish/Iranian regions that have to be conquered and returned and you have a good 5000G bill in your hand after the operation.

Vlado Stepanic, what is there to be afraid in a nation whose leaders trust Serbia so blindly they jump and attack Romania from the smallest hint, even when it was just a hoax. 😃 btw Bulgaria is in no financial position to pay for this, it'd fall on the Russian moneymen. Btw what's going on with Serbia's debt?
Our dept is very small now. In that LK battle,Eden spent 10k gold more than us, so it was worth it, nice amount of gold drained out of Eden 🙂

@4040 Just ignore the Eden/Brolliance trolls @Sossu that's the Balkans - any country here haves polulation (and taxes income) higher tha all the Scandinavia. We've spent more than that on just blocking wars to help pur brothers in arms in v1. Proprtions are different. Of course Romania and Greece are being considered and as we all saw in Croatia - knocking out any of them for a month or two is not a huge problem.

my opinion : give us high iron and titanium and we will give this regions

Цената нямаше да е толкова висока, ако турците не ни запречиха в Мармара, а друг мост към Азия нямаме. Но каквато и да е цената за минаване през Мармара, веднъж се плаща, а излаз в Азия е ценно нещо. И защо трябва да се прецакват съюзи, като може да се използва добрият, стар Пакистан. Плюс това ако ще заличаваме мамалигите, Унгария също може да използва пак да отиде в Азия.
