We just continue our policy of containing it and the Indonesians will grow more and more inactive and eventually quit the game.
There's no point in increasing activity in Indonesia. Fighting Indonesia serves us no purpose. You no longer control any significant provinces. You no longer control a large, active, experienced player base that can pose any threat to eMerica's homeland.
