Well i have analyzed the situation a lot and here are some of my thoughts on this:

A) Baby Boom:

Bangalore has a population of 5 million and Hyderabad 4 million each.
Being IT hubs i assume more than 80% people to be connected via work/home.
CAN YOU IMAGINE THE BABY BOOM YOU CAN HAVE IN JUST THESE STATES.
I know majority of you are from these states. so just imagine the baby boom if you channelize it in a proper way.
So presently all the citizens are not born in eIndia.
eUS pays 900g to India monthly for Karnataka. :

We respect eIndia for who they are and what they do so our actions are completely different than before which will continue the same way.

We do not want any of your regions. we have given our commitments and we stand by this.

E) What happens to the companies after eUSA leaves:
NOTHING

obviously, if tomorrow eIndia reduces taxes then it will even benefit you more. why will you sell your profitable company and go away.

Your economic analysis is WAY off sir. India won't make anywhere near as much as 900gold from Karnataka let alone 7784gold. All of that gold is from American companies and workers. We have more companies in Karnataka than India has citizens. It would take india like 4 months to build up an economy and population in the territory after it took the USA at least 2 months to move out. India can't hold the territory that long. Simple as that.

I'm not going to say what India should or should not do. It's up to the Indians to do their own negotiations based on their own research and ideas.
The only thing that I can comment on is the iron needs of Serbia: we already have enough.
Furthermore, the Indian president wrote that he wants to take a somewhat neutral path and install a free trade zone. I personally fully support this, hoping that India can become a significant power in this world on its own. As Ostin wrote, India has a huge IT crowd (let alone a huge real life population). India has much potential.

If you take a realistic view to the situation you would consider the MPPs that India will maintain and Indonesia realistically can't take on.
Your argument that Serbia would invade is even more ridiculous, as that would be a tactial mistake of astronomical proportions. Attacking India would equal an instant loss of Liaoning. Furthermore, Serbia has no interest in India's iron.
That is the actual realistic view of the tactical situation.

@Ilija Bozic: How exactly will eIndia be able to maintain a decent stack of MPPs without the eUS's 900 gold rent? Not to mention that we pay both sides of our MPP with them. If eIndia takes back Karnataka, it won't produce NEARLY that much commerce for them because they don't have the huge active population/land sector to support it.
eIndonesia is always waiting to try and regain bits of its empire. Karnataka was its crown jewel; of course they're going to try to get it back. eSerbia could easily wipe eIndia if it really tried (even with whatever nominal MPPs eIndia would have, 2-3 at most is my guess) and then swap one of their European allies like eHungary into Karnataka while keeping Jharkand for themselves.
The two countries that stand to gain the most from the eUS leaving eIndia are eIndonesia and eSerbia. Why else would those two countries be the sources of most of the commenters on these articles about Karnataka?

@Collin Roche: (had already typed my reply some hours ago but eRepublik managed to lose it for me again ;_;. I'll try to recap it though)
First of all, many countries as small or smaller than India (and certainly less wealthy) manage to keep up their MPPs. Why wouldn't India be able to? Especially when half the world will stand ready to MPP up as soon as someone attacks (either Phoenix or EDEN, the other side will gladly get some more open MPPs). Regarding the figures, it certainly won't generate as much as it does for the USA now, but I haven't calculated anything. That's up to the Indians, and if they want it back to collect the taxes themselves and create their own industry in iron..that's their choice.
Regarding your second paragraph, you shouldn't ignore what I've already said. Indonesia is too weak to grab more than one region from India and it would most likely mean another long containment. And as for Serbia, it would as I said be one of the biggest tactical blunders yet if they start activating MPPs in the east, especially against a fairly neutral nation. Attacking India means losing Liaoning.
Regarding your last paragraph, I will certainly not contest that. We're no allies with the eUSA and I wouldn't mind seeing you lose your high iron. However, the Indians very well know that this is the exact mindset with which the eUSA came to their rescue; to harm the other alliance.
I actually only wanted to comment on the attack on Ostin, but as you see I'm too easily drawn into the debate .
