Sorry for the late article. I typed one yesterday but it disappeared & I was too tired to do it all over.

Anyways, now that elections are over, time to get this party started. I am uber-excited to take up this month's President's seat & I'm telling you here and now, just wait till you see what Papa Mav has in store for you kiddies! I'm so pumped I even got myself a new avatar! 😛

In my Campaign Article I had given a peek preview of things to come. Now to elaborate on how some current structures will continue functioning, and some new structural changes will be incorporated to take eIndia to the next level!


Ze Dik is back, kiddies! Time for some awesome sauce!

To start off, of course, the Cabinet. This term we have some fresh faces in town, but they all pack a mean punch!

Deputy Minister of Media & Culture: Shah007zaad (a.k.a. Shaz/Godfather)

The only way eIndia can really become a major player in the eWorld is through increase in our active population: both seniors & newbies. Hence its quite natural that one of the KEY areas that we'll be looking into this term is RETENTION.

The Retention Team is already setting up systems to take care of newbies. Initially an AHF program, now the RT is functioning under the Ministry of Internal Affairs; with full Govt funding. The program has different components & the most crucial requirement of this is eIndians willing to give their time and energy to work as Mentors for a new eIndia!

I urge ALL eIndians to participate in this program in some form or the other: message Suvajit for further details. While Retention work will have Govt funds at its disposal, in discussion with MoF, I'll see if we can also have a rewards scheme as incentive for Mentors themselves. Stay tuned for more updates.

The 2nd most crucial aspect that needs improvement is Communication.

Specifically promotion of Forum & IRC usage, as well as Media. The Media Association Program (MAP) initiated by Ashwamedh in the previous term is already generating good articles. It also had an incentive package of Q5 weapons for good articles & till last term was based on Ashwam's own funding. This term it will be Govt funded.

With the formation of the Rajya Sabha, we're looking at more active participation of senior eIndians & Lok Sabha (Congress) members at a fundamental level. In cooperation with the Head of Congress, whose role will become more crucial in this exercise, we'll seek to make all discussions - from taxes to MPP's more transparent & participatory.

We already have a ton of channels on IRC, which will be streamlined further, with the official channels marked in the New Citizen Message.


With all the buzz around 'strategy', we at times forget the 'social' bit in here...

The Army. Oh man, the army. We've more or less tried everything - communes, independently sponsored armies, dispatched armies, etc etc. While between AHF & Marcos MU's, we do have a decent fighting force, there is definitely scope for greater coordination & that will be the prime focus of the MoD Kickjr.

Our Training War is on track & to reiterate, the regions that are being used for it are Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra - we lose the main battle, Indonesia loses the Resistance War. Some concerns have been voiced about eIndians not getting enough RW medals. While it is completely beyond our control (its not even that Indonesians are getting more - there are estimated around 100-150 RH medal hunters who target these RW's everyday), we are however working on a plan to provide more info to eIndians on the forum, so they they can at least plan among themselves and improve their odds of getting more RH medals.

Our primary focus in battles is of course our supporting our EDEN allies. However we have some plans regarding increased coordination with EDEN/TERRA in the near future, that shall be revealed in due time. In the meantime, I suggest those below 2000 strength fight in the TW to rank up faster, and 2k+ str focus on ally battles.

Over the past few months, I am proud to say, some of our allies have gone beyond just that, and are now nothing less than 'Brothers'! Our relations with Bulgaria & China especially, as well as with Croatia, Romania, Greece, Russia, Canada & others have really developed largely due to mutual respect & damage in each others' battlefields. It goes without saying, that we shall continue to build on that, and with more EDEN/TERRA nations as possible; including Brazil, Australia & such - through MPP's, concentrated strikes in their critical battles, as well as promotion of bilateral relations through media.
