Over the past several days, we have seen 6 regions returned to Austria successfully - most significantly, 2 were returned against Romania, the only nation to be holding regions in a hostile way. As it stands, only Vorarlberg and Tyrol remain in Hungarian possession. This remains the case for strategic reasons, as Hungary attempts to advance westward.

This development is certainly a positive one, but one only needs to look onto the map to realize it might not be longlasting. Romania has declared Slovakia their NE, and prepares to open a battle against them. After fighting Slovakia, they are likely to turn their sights on us. For our part, we have negotiated, and proposed an MPP with Slovakia, to stand by their side during this conflict. This battle will give Austrian citizens easy access to battles during the duration of the war, and direct energies in a positive direction, helping a key ally.

This emphasizes the fluid situation, and shows again that we truly are located in the heart of Europe, and the heart of action.
