Hello comrades:

The fourth Party Congress brought out the topic of strengthening the cooperation with the international communist organization, now the topic will be implemented. Our first cooperator is 1.GB Tigrovi,and Crvena Garda the military unit which belong to Savez Komunista eHrvatske, the Communist Party of Croatia.

We have cooperated with Communist Party of Croatia several times, we share the common belief and politics, we keep communication and cooperation in many fields such as economy, politics, culture and military. As we all know that Croatia is the most faithful and gallant ally of China since ancient times, Croatians contributed their dmg in our War of Liberation. In the battlefield of Liaoning, the Croatian Tanks’ fighting touched all the Chinese players; Croatian warplanes were flying fearlessly in the sky, dancing above the flak cannon and scorning the cold blade of the reaper. To such a country all we can say is: Hail the Communist Party of Croatia! Now the cooperation with 1.GB Tigrovi and Crvena Garda will make the bond between us unbreakable.

D1540 shall be the day remembered by history.
Planet Liberation Army and 1.GB Tigrovi, Crvena Garda formally reached the consensus of military cooperation on this day
1. for the PLA / Youth Union there would be a weekly training, the army declared that without the presense of major battles, Croatian battlefield would be preferably chosen (and vice versa).
2. Both sides shall appoint liaison officers stationed in the irc channel of the Army (countries), if an emergency situation occurs they could contact their soldiers for support.
3 Enhance both sides’ operation plan development to use time zone advantage, proper arrangements of the output period shall be made during major battles.
4. Continue to strengthen the exchanges and promote cooperation in other fields.

各位同志们：
近日召开的第四次党员代表大会提出了关于加强与国际共产组织合作的议题，如今开始贯彻实施。
首先开始与土星共同体合作的是克罗地亚共产党Savez Komunista eHrvatske所属的Crvena Garda和1.GB Tigrovi 军团。

我党与克罗地亚共产党合作多次，彼此有着共同的信仰以及政见，更多次在经济、政治、文化以及军事领域相互交流合作。众所周知，克罗地亚是我国从远古时期至今最坚定、忠实的盟友，在中国解放战争中无私的贡献着他们的伤害值，V2解放辽宁战场上克罗地亚坦克一次又一次的冲锋让所有中国玩家感动；战机飞行员一次次无所畏惧的翱翔在高炮林立的城市上空，仿佛在嘲讽死神的钢镰。对于这样的盟友，我们只能说由衷的赞叹。当然，党组织积极展开与1.GB Tigrovi 军团合作也是能为了今后更紧密的关系。

D1540是一个需要被SC历史所铭记的日子。
在这一天，行星解放军(PLA)与1.GB Tigrovi 和Crvena Garda军团正式就军事合作达成共识，详情如下。
1.针对PLA/共青团每周拉练，我军表示在无重大战役的情况下优先选择克罗地亚战场（反之亦然）。
2.双方指派联络员进驻各军（国）irc频道，若有紧急情况可及时联系各自战士出发支援。
3.加强中国与克罗地亚的时差优势作战方案，在重大战役时妥善安排输出时段。
4.继续加强交流促进其它领域的合作。

同志们，为了我们牢不可破的联盟！敬礼！
