A message from bulgarian CP to all friends
保加利亚总统致一切友邻

Hello, friends from EDEN.
EDEN的朋友们，大家好

I know how much you are annoyed from this eBulgaria-eTurkey issue, i just want you after reading the message to the end, to ask yourself for last time - Are those bulgarians really crazy?
我知道大家对眼下的保加利亚-土耳其纠纷感到非常厌烦，在此我只希望你们耐心读毕全文，然后再最后一次问问自己：那些保加利亚人真的是疯了吗？

Because for the players of eBulgaria our membership in EDEN is much more important than everything else i decided to make a first step and try to propose to eTurkey a reasonable solution to overcome what stands between our countries.
对于我们保加利亚玩家来说，EDEN的会员资格比所有其他一切都要重要，所以我决定先行一步做出表率，尝试着寻求一个合理的解决方案用以化解横亘在土保两国之间的僵局。

So three days ago i sent an offer to the CP of eTurkey.
所以在三天前我给土耳其总统开列了以下条件

As we started all wrong form the very beginning i want to make you an official offer from the bulgarian government.

We both are sure that EDEN is the only way for our countries. But there are difficulties according our position to that issue at the moment. So i can offer you something - our country need some regions in Iran for our economic development and to try to find a challenge with Indonesia. They are not unique resources and core regions for you so i think that we can make an agreement.
我们双方均确认EDEN是我们两国的共同归属，但基于我们目前的处境明确结盟尚有困难。在此我谨将我方的正式和解条件通知你方：为经济发展和打击印尼的缘故，我国需要取得你方占有的伊朗领土。这些领地并非你们的关键资源也不在你国的战略核心地带，有鉴于此我认为我们双方可以达成协议。

What i offer is:
我方的条件是这样的：

- if you decide to give us what we need, three days after we make an agreement i will put a law for MPP between our countries in the Parliament. Meanwhile all the efforts from our government will be to have a positive result to that voting.
如果你方同意给予我方索取的领土，在两国达成协议的三天后，我会向我国国会递交关于土保两国结盟MPP的提案，同时我国政府将全力争取这项提案能够顺利通过。

- If the Parliament say „No“ to that MPP our government will pay you 300 gold as a rent for the regions that we need for one month.
如果议会方面最终对结盟MPP进行否决，我国政府则会支付你方300G作为征用领土一个月的租金

- so you will have one month to convince our players that eTurkey deserve to be a member of EDEN and after one month we can make a new referendum in Bulgaria according that. I can not promise neither a new referendum or positive result from it but you will have your time to show our players that they are wrong to not want you in our brotherhood.
于是你就有了一个月的时间来说服我国的玩家，向他们证明土耳其是有资格成为EDEN一员的。而在一个月之后我们可以依据当时的状况再次举行全民公投。我无法保证新一轮全民公投结果会是如何，但无论如何你们会得到向我国人民展示诚意的时间。告诉他们，拒绝你们加入兄弟同盟的决定是错误的。

I make my suggestion because i am sure that EDEN deserve that effort and we both can find the best solution for the Union, beyond what all have happened until now.
我提出这些建议是因为我相信EDEN同盟值得我们双方的共同努力，同时我们完全可以为结盟事务找到最好的解决方案，超越过去一切发生的不愉快的事情。

I was quite honest with the President and MoFA of eTurkey to not promise them thing which i can not control and to describe them the real situation in eBulgaria at the moment. But i proposed them a way to find a compromise for our countries and more important the best solution for EDEN, because that is what our players desire.
我对土耳其总统和外交部的表述相当坦诚，对于我无法掌控的事情我无法对他们随便承诺信口开河，只是把保加利亚此时此刻的真实情况交待给他们。但无论如何我为他们提供了一个方案使得两国之间能达成妥协，更重要的是为EDEN困境寻找解决方式，而后者正是我国玩家的真正期望。
