[Aust CP] Day 3,155 Update and potential budget

Hello eAustralia,
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. The eAustralian government has been moving forward since the appointment of ministers and I would like to give you all a brief update on the happenings of the government.
Prime Minister
Molly Jo has started looking at the PTO threat and the best way to try and prevent our country from being taken over. eAustralia as a whole, is happy for people to join our community, however if they come to eAustralia with bad intentions, this will be treated as hostile actions.
Department of Foreign Affairs
Thedillpickl has managed to send out a 'Congratulations' message to many of our friendly nations.
He has also started on talking to a few different nations about the possibility of region rental, to increase our bonuses. While these talks are a continuation from the previous term, they are still in the early stages and will require congress approval when they get to a more advance stage. However the possibility has been added to a proposed budget which will be presented to congress.
Department of Defence
Kattrrina has kept our DO's upto date, but all else it has been quiet. She has spoken about her idea's for working with the younger fighters to try and help encourage them to grow and learn.
Department of Finance
Dread Pirate Hobbits has been a very busy boy. Between continuing analysing the different effects of our TW and recent resource restructuring, he has been also looking at the best potential region rental's.
As well as a possible budget for this governments term. While a written budget has not happened in eAustralia for quite a while, this current government wanted to help give back to eAustralia due to our much larger tax income.
This is a draft budget, as it needs congress debate and approval. However the current government believes it will not put any financial strain on our country and will still enable eAustralia's goals will be achieved.
Income 200,000
should be at least this much (Based on previous calculations)
MPP x5 - 50,000
We already have 5 MPPs, 2 to expire in 2 weeks time.
Region Rent x2 -30,000
This is just a rough figure based on world wide rental prices.
ADF -20,000
Enough for 45 Q7 a day, not sure how many are active atm so maybe needs to be more or less. I know overall numbers are low at 22. To be discussed with the head of the ADF
MoEE -10,000
Enough for 4 competitions at 5K each. Will include a private donation of 10k to achieve the 4 by 5k target
Grants -20,000
Budgeted, but will require Congress approval on the actual make up of the grants, conditions etc.
Savings -70,000
This will leave 70k to be allocated to savings.
All in all this is a rough budget which will be presented to congress for their approval/Discussion. At the end of the term, what ever is left from the individual budgets will be put towards the RBA.

Also, speaking of orgs. As demand outstrips suppl, expect a possible rent increase this month.
Don't worry DPH, haters will hate. I get accused of being a dictator if I do things myself, I get accused of not passing knowledge on if I leave others to do things themselves.
And to answer your question J Seemore, I trust DPH to do what he is doing. I personally would prefer to see him focus on the resource, region renting and any possible tax tweaking, rather then try and chase massive profits on the MM. Getting the resource allocation down pat now, will be a greater advantage for the whole of eAustralia in terms to come, rather then chase a quick profit on the MM.
If he is able to help advise the best region rental deals (one bit of advice already will prob save eAustralia money in the long run) and the profit compared to rental cost of particular regions, I will be extremely happy with his service.
And yes I agree with the transparency, we wouldn't want happenings of the past, where you were in charge of a rented org in Monte and money went missing from it..... But hey, why dig into the past?

But hey keep accusing me of stealing the money with out evidence, I enjoy seeing you throw mud because your disappointment at the fact others can do a job that you thought was your sole domain.

And too be honest, I had actually hoped to hear something constructive from you in regards to a budget being presented... But alas, I guess trying to keep personal vendetta's alive and active is more in your interest these days, rather then assisting eAustralia
Did you made a proper hand over to Henry in the end of your term or like a little child you want to point something else being guilty. You had the pass for Monte Org and I was not assigned as MoF so who should give the details to the first in charge?
