[NNA] The Eleventh of July: A News Round and Round and Up and Down

Day 2,790, 03:32 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by National Newspaper Association

Busy. Busy. Busy.
This week has seen a flurry of news so much so that we were forced to delay publication by one day in order to sift through the quagmire and bring you only the best bits of this weeks headlines.

We'll start with the biggy...

A CP goes to a beer festival and then buys a region back from Argentina. Sounds like an elaborate joke but it wasn't. This short and possibly inebriated article cause quite a reaction.

Bruce Wayne got his bat pants in a twist. He wasn't too happy. He also seemed to think that Ireland weren't best pleased either. Can't think why...

Come then next day our CP had apparently sobered up and divulged all the details of the Argentinian deal. He was very apologetic about it, it was almost as if he was hungover. Kids be aware of beer goggles.

On a lighter note we had an election this week. Neil Lewis had all the graphs and results. We can't do graphs here at the NNA so we is/are impressed.

Do you like legendary failure? Do you like self aggrandising egomaniacs? Do you have an unwavering sense of loyalty even when your leader is wrong? If so check out Mike's article on how to join the Ajay Bruno Fan Club.

Speaking of silly old Queens...

HRH King Woldy the one true King has been looking for a bride this week. Click on the picture to find out the results. We must say that it's a sham. There was only one outstanding candidate and he was cruelly overlooked. We call fix.

We're not quite sure what Gali's article is about but the title is "To Rescue an eNAtion" so it must be important. The only weird bit is all the love for UKRP which is well known right wing extremist party.

In a response to Gali's article Jny123 has his or her own thoughts on community and active players. Apparently size isn't important.

Our very own eMichael Parkinson, Panamanian Pandemonium Mr Nomad, interviewed Humph this week. We think this was before the whole buy to let business with the Argentinians.

Something very strange has happened this week. Lots of Government departments have been publishing articles. In order to keep up with this we suggest you click on any of the pictures below in order to sub. and maybe read the latest Government news.

Our CP is the first one to subscribe to. Just ignore all the right wing propaganda.

Deputy to Applecart is AMD. Subscribe and you never know you might get some useful info.

The MoEnt is fun. It is the most funnest place in the whole eUK. Subscribe for so much fun. We have not been told to say this.

Max Blue is currently helming the eUK Ministry of Information. So subscribe for information and please ignore all the ESO stuff. It's just some strange fetish.

If you only subscribe to one paper make it this one. The MoD will tell you where to fight and that's kinda important...kinda.

Find out about Forig stuff. Apparently other things happen outside of the eUK. What do you mean we've got no regions?! SSSHHHH!

There are other ministries and we will mention them in a future episode

We don't understand the economy but this did make for an interesting read. It wasn't someone moaning and actually offered some ideas. We like ideas because we have none of our own. Money to Max.

No 4Qs this week because we forgot. Fear not we have a hastily cobbled together segment to gloss over this.

Because some of you are a bit upset about all this Argentinian stuff we thought we'd leave you with something nice and heart warming.

Over to you Horice Governor of the Falklands.

Oh and here's a cat.

If you want us to consider an article you've seen or written drop us a line. If you don't suggest it and we don't include it then you forfeit the right to complain.

Bye for now,

The NNA
