[NNA] The National Newspaper Association Returns

Day 2,761, 09:50 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by National Newspaper Association

Once upon a time the government encouraged and rewarded people for writing good/interesting/silly articles. This tradition took place within this tome and was carried out every week. Many people enjoyed seeing their articles being talked about, others did not. Then one day we vanished.

Today the NNA has returned and been given a small makeover. You wont like it but that's progress for you.

In the old days we'd list every government paper and all the articles they produced. This wasn't always very exciting. We also tried to give a balance to each party and it's opinions - that was equally boring. Here's the new round up...

Probably the biggest news of the week was the conclusion of the election the above article written by the shady Ministry of Glorious Praise is not at all biased in any way. Have a read it's just a bit of fun.

King Willy gets everywhere - we may rename in his honour or is that honour? Mad Pauly has an exclusive interview with the King. Just click here.

Bruce Wayne has also joined in the debate from another angle, obtuse maybe, and fears King Willy has been involved in some surreal tryst with King Woldy involving dungeons and an iron mask. Read it here if that kinda thing floats your boat.

Informative government article now all about the NHS. I urge all new players to have a look and older players to pass it on. Have a gander here

Jake Lee Blakeway has been a busy journalist over the last week. It's been a pleasure to have some serious beans and not so serious beans articles to read. Here he takes a look at everyone's favourite topic King Willy Multis. You can find it by clicking here.

Farting is funny. Horice knows this. Have a chuckle or a a little vom here.

We are contractually obliged to include this. We would have gone with the headline "Argy Bargy" but anyway some stuff is kicking off with the Argentinians. Have a read here.

Something new to keep you all interested. We ask one member of the community four questions. Some of them will be about writing articles.

[NNA]: Why do you write articles?

[Woldy]: I am a chronic attention seeker and constantly seek reinforcement from my peers.

[NNA]: Who is your favourite Ajay Bruno Multi?

[Woldy]: Pizza the Hut.

[NNA] : What advice would you give to new journalists out there?

[Woldy] : Keep writing, don't be put off because oldfags have thousands of subscribers and get 40 votes a pop. It's just all their mates and they got those subs in an age when it mattered. Your contributions are just as valuable.

[NNA] : Who should we question next?

[Woldy] : Colin ChipPhilfer Brown

So with that in mind...we're coming for you Colin...

Speaking of...

We've really enjoyed Colin and his musings over the last week. His articles are interesting, well thought out and there are elephants. Check out his paper by clicking the image below and think about subbing. If we had any money or even a badge we'd give you something but alas the cupboards are bare.

In this section we'd like to take a look back at articles from the past. Now we here have a few in mind but we'd like you to suggest your favourites and drop us a few lines explaining why. If we don't get any by next Thursday we'll do our own.

This is a community paper.

If you see an article you feel is deserving of a mention drop us a line. Equally if you feel someone deserves to be our STAR let us know.
Any ideas for new sections will also be considered and stolen.
