Dictator makes uninformed decision, near-useless president prevents disaster

Another bad move by sitting Dictator Slaugh. Without consulting anyone, slaugh almost declares war against Great Britain. Desperate sitting president tries to calm population with newspaper article, manages to stop dictator. Another constant example
