The 5th of each month see’s a new presidential election. I feel Sara Droz has led quite a reasonable term, making no major mistakes, and similarly no acts of distinction. I do feel however, that the way RRS was and is being dealt with is the best course of action possible. Another point of controversy was Goku’s appointment to the MoFa, which proved to be somewhat of a mistake.

Your new Candidates

Kumnaa; Hoping to enter his first term as CP, and is supported by TUP, PCP, and the LSD.
JerryGFL; Supported by the BEP, the UKRP and the FB party, is hoping to enter another term as CP.


Kumnaa

Unless you’ve been searching for truffles on the surface of mars for the past week, you are pretty much guaranteed to know who kumnaa is. Many articles have been posted, I wouldn’t be exaggerating to say almost on a daily basis including pictures, songs and poems all about Kumnaa. But what is his actual experience?

Kumnaa is the founder and runner of the CCCP group. For those who don’t know, the CCCP group has many tools that help players on e-Republik, [url] http://www.cccp-group.org/index.php [/url].

Not only that, but he runs successful companies, and is a CO in the military.
In these times of economic and military strife, who better to be running the country then someone who has a good understanding of ;

1. Game mechanics
2. Business and the economy
3. The Military

as you can see, he plans quite a few changes for the Government's structure.


JerryGFL

Jerry led the UK before Malta did, his term was a good one, quite a few good changes were made and the UK was looking up. He is also very experienced in running a government and it’s ministries, he has served as;

1. Party President of the UKRP
2. He served as minister of health, and began the NHS
3. To quote the Wiki:

He proved to have one of the most difficult terms as Prime Minister, faced with a severe lack of funds, serious overspending by previous Presidents as well as a public demanding military action while World War III enveloped the New World.

During these times he rebuilt the economy, and saw Britain through to the other side.

Notable things about Jerry Include his idea of the “Phoenix alliance” in my opinion it is essential that the UK begins to at least think about forming new alliances, the fact that he has already began offers a positive outlook for the future.

Not only that, but he like so may of us openly condemned Sweden’s recent actions. He also has very good, (and argueably vital) plans for military reform.

I can only hope that in the bigger picture Kumnaa’s media campaign doesn’t affect the unknowing voter, I urge each individual to read through both the manifesto’s here, and make a decision based on who you think is best for answering the countries call, rather than who has had songs written about them.
