This may appear in all honesty to just be a normal part of activities for this "congress" but lets take a closer look. First, notice the number, one less than one hundred thousand. Why would that be? Well if any of you remember my previous article I identified a possible Canadian/Planet of the apes conspiracy.



99999, also the number used in Canada's Royal Mint's .99999 gold coin! are we really donating to the CBO or are we buying gold from Canada?!?!?!?! Why might we be buying gold from Canada? What's the big deal one might ask. Anyone notice the market lately? This has to be a backhanded way of unloading gold on Americans at the highest price its ever been at, only to sell it back to Canada at a cheaper price in order to fund "Planet of the apes project Canada"



Research also indicates that the Congressional Budget Office, Acronym CBO is closely tied to the Casablanca Orchestra also with the acronym CBO... where is the Casablanca Orchestra located? Minnesota.... who currently occupies Minnesota? You guessed it America... Flippin Canada!!!!! Outrage!



This is outrageous and deserves an explanation congress! or you can continue to hide behind your Canadian Monkeys!
