Q: So Frerk, you've been Phx Secy Gen for a month now, and it's your last day on the job. How does it feel?
A: I feel freedom. It's a cool job but it's sooooo much work.

A: Well, you're neccesary 24 hours. People want your advice for just about everything, from what company to buy to stuff like the Latvia-Estonia matter.

A: No, it's more like a curse than a gift. It's so easy to say "You don't agree with me? Well, in that case you're out."

A: No. Some people are even thrilled because I accept their friendship request. It's funny the first time it happened but after that it becomes annoying.

Q: You ran with Nameisis on the ticket as co-Secretary Generals of Phx. You won the election, but Nameisis quit and you were left alone. Is that why the job was tough?
A: No. The hardest part of the job is not the decision making. It's mostly the fact you're always required, for everything. People stress out if you sleep a little longer because they need you.

Q: Doesnt Phx have a big HQ? Isnt there people to handle stuff?
A: A big HQ won't help if they're all inactive.

Q: So what was the deal with Nameisis? One of the Estonians I talked to says that the Latvians went crazy since Nameisis left.
A: Well. Nameisis quit the game, and he was replaced by Kaspars in Latvia, who came up with the idea to make a sort of secret TW with Estonia to get a baby boom. It's just that they didn't inform Estonians, and didn't want to listen to me when I said no on pressing the button.

Q: That must've left Phx in quite a predicament. So you tried talking to the Latvians but that didnt work?
A: Nope. We've tried everything, multiple persons talked to them. Both privately and together in a meeting.

A: Estonians didn't want a TW.

A: Well, they were part of another TW already. They never trusted the Latvians anymore since the EEK theft.

A: The contract stopped being valid once admins removed Contracts alltogether. It's a mutual agreement though.
