eSK毀約欠款150G之歷史紀錄。

寫在前頭，這是一封由eSK玩家Jeremy Jeong，他也是此次eSK的特使，寫給eSK國民的信。
我主要幫忙他相關歷史資料的蒐集，校稿以及中文翻譯。

所以在接下來的文章中你會看到一些報紙的連結，是為了提供一些證據也還原整個過程。
簡單的說就是，懶人包。XD

這篇文章，我會希望大部分的eROC國民可以加入討論提供意見。因為我想針對還地與否問題，這不應該是由總統或是議會說了就算，而一直以來，這一類國與國之間的問題，在報紙的能見度都是不高。

似乎大家也只能依照軍令來進行打或是放地。有時候甚至因為軍令不清而造成玩家間的誤會，進而離開遊戲。這並不是讓這個社群永續的方法，大家都是為了一個初衷而加入這個遊戲，也應該凝聚這樣的向心力讓這個社群更加茁壯。

在這段深入了解eSK政府內部的過程中，我看到了他們行政團隊有多麼的凋零，不過，他們還是有像是Jeremy Jeong這樣的人，默默地守護他們的國旗。而我們也有幸還有這麼多的玩家守護著我們這一面國旗。這樣子兩國之間的對抗才有意思，不然我們也只是在打落水狗而已。

各位eSK的國民你們好：

我是此次和eROC展開和談的eSK代表。目前的eSK行政團隊對於之前的幾屆eSK政府沒有解決且迴避問題感到抱歉。現在的eSK政府願意開始和eROC政府解決當初毀約和還地的相關事宜。

當我在研究關於所謂的合約的始末時，我發現了一些有趣的留言。Emitbreaker 曾說他不會加入eROC的戰爭，因為eSK政府是一個不回應人民聲音的政府。我也不認為這樣的一個政府有辦法使eSK更強大。因此沒有人願意繳稅和替這樣的政府打仗，因為人民無法期待這樣的政府有任何的回報和保護他們。

所以到底過去這幾個月，在eSK和eROC之間發生了什麼事？

1. Day 1674，當時的總統Szkudlar發佈了eSK和eROC之間對話的報紙。在那篇報導中，eSK承諾將不會在對eROC的任何起義戰或是天敵戰中獲勝。且eROC也將不會在對eSK天敵戰中取勝。為了保險起見，雙方將同時把150G給予某第三國保管，所以如果違約的國家可一同拿回300G。

2. Day 1690，Szkudlar的行政團隊並沒有出現在後續的會議中。

3. Day 1700，eSK總統, Millim遭彈劾，原因：鬼隱。然後Yang1988接任。

4. Day 1717，eSK在京畿道起義戰中取勝。而eSK和eROC也一直沒有機會展開對此事的討論。

5. Day 1719，eROC總統，newhope0722說他eSK在起義戰中取勝兩天以來並沒有收到來自eSK總統或其他政府官員的解釋。此外，eROC有權向eSK索取150G並開始討伐eSK直至收回150G

6. Day 1720，韓國總統KOR_Sohn和newhope0722展開談話並提出了一個新的提案。但雙方沒有取得共識。而從紀錄來看，這是eSK和eROC自1674以來的首度談話。

7. Day 1721，eSK防長Ernesto Jeon說他兩天前給eROC發過訊息，但沒有任何回應。

8. Day 1722，eSK總統說newhope0722同意還一塊地給eSK

最後，列舉幾個為何eSK和eROC談話出現問題的主要原因如下：
1. Millim的執政團隊並沒有處理問題且鬼隱
2. Szkudlar的執政團隊並沒有認真的參於討論且將訊息適當傳達給Millim的團隊
3. Yang1988的執政團隊沒有繼續接手這個問題

現在，eSK想要和eROC合談並處理當時毀約的事情。eSK願意支付GOLD並希望重啟討論當時Day1674沒有討論完的領土相關問題。

I am the representative of eSK for the discussion on the peace treaty with eROC. The current eSK administration is really sorry that the previous eSK governments has NOT been taking care of this problem and kept it away from their table so far. The current eSK government is willing to solve the old issue about the breach of the contract and recovery of territories with eROC.

I found out one interesting comment in the following article while investigating the history of the agreement. Emitbreaker claimed that he would not join the war against eROC, because the government was too irresponsible. I don't think that a lazy and irresponsible government can strengthen our country. Nobody want to pay tax or deal damages for the lazy and irresponsible government, because it is hard for people to expect their country to give any reward or to protect them.

What happened for last a couple of months between eSK and eROC?

1. On day 1674, the CP at that time, Szkudlar published news about the talks between eSK and eROC. In that news, eSK and eROC agreed that eSK would not win in any RW and NE war against eROC, and that eROC would not win any NE war against eSK. For the security, both countries promised that they would deposit 150 gold each in a country, so that one country was able to take 300 gold against the other country who broke the agreement.

2. On day 1690, it turned out that eSK Szkudlar government officers didn't show up the subsequent meeting.

3. On day 1700, the president of eSK, Millim got impeached because he disappeared all of a sudden. And yang1988 took over eSK presidency.

4. On day 1717, eSK got win over the RW at Gyonggi-do without any intention.Until this time, eSK and eROC seemed to have NOT had subsequent meetings.

5. On day 1719, eROC CP, newhope0722 said that he did NOT get any message from eSK, from the CP yang1988 or any eSK officer for two days after the eSK's successful RW. In addition, he claimed that eROC had the right to take 150 gold from eSK and would seriously attack eSK until eROC took 150 gold for the compensation.

6. On day 1720, eSK CP, KOR_Sohn had a meeting with eROC CP, newhope0722 and offered a new proposal. But, nobody accepted each offer so they didn't make any conclusion. From the record, it was the first meeting between eSK and eROC sicne day 1674.

7. On day 1721, eSK MoD, Ernesto Jeon claimed that he sent a message two days ago, but eROC did NOT respond.

8. On day 1722, the eSK CP KOR_Sohn said that newhope0722 agreed to give back one region to eSK.

Probably, the followings are the main reasons why the peace talks have been in trouble:

1. Millim administration should have taken care of the issue, but disappeared suddenly.
2. Szkudlar administration should have sincerely participated in the meeting and transferred appropriate information to Millim administration.
3. Yang1988 administration should have taken over this issue for subsequent meetings.

Now, eSK is willing to set up peace treaty with eROC with the old agreement we made on day 1674. eSK is willing to compensate for the broken agreement even by giving gold to eROC, and wants to talk about territories eSK can get back, which were supposed to be discussed after our first meeting on day 1674.

그럼 지난 몇개월간 eSK와 eROC 사이에는 무슨일이 있었을까요?

1. 1674일, 당시 대통령이었던 Szkudlar는 eSK와 eROC간이 회담에 대해 뉴스를 발표했습니다. 이 뉴스는 eSK와 eROC는 서로의 RW와 NE전에서 서로 승리하지 않기로 하고 150골드씩 제3국에 기탁하여, 조약을 어기는 나라에 대하여 상대편 국가가 300골드를 가져가기로 한 조약입니다.

6. 1720일, 한국의 대통령 KOR_Sohn은 newhope0722와의 새로운 회담을 가지지만 아무런 성과없이 종료됩니다. 1674일과 1720일 사이 공식적인 회담은 없었던 것으로 보입니다.

7. 1721일, yang1988 정권의 MoD, Ernesto Jeon은 그는 이틀전 대만의 대통령, newhope0722에게 메시지를 보냈지만 아무런 응답을 받지 못하였다고 주장하였습니다.

아마도 이 회담이 어렵게 된 가장 큰 원인은 Millim 행정부의 갑작스러운 증발과, Millim 행정부의 이전 이후 행정부의 불명확한 인수 인계 과정이라고 생각합니다.

한국 행정부는 1674일 만든 조약을 가지고 평화 협정에 적극적으로 임하고 있습니다. 한국 행정부는 파기된 조약에 대한 책임을 가지고 해결에 적극적으로 임하고자 합니다. 또한, 1674일에 만든 조약을 바탕으로 영토 회복에 대한 회담을 적극적으로 이어가고자 합니다.
