Join the new world

The next big thing I can remember in order, is the North American invasion. It happened as a result of American imperialism. The United States had attacked everyone it bordered at least once save the United Kingdom if memory serves, and with basically every PEACE GC member involved via MPP or direct fighting, America was in a dire situation.

France started the invasion with an attack on Nova Scotia, which it took. France would be the big player in the fight against Canada, and later in Spain. Soon after Nova Scotia, Russia invaded Alaska, lost, and then game back and almost continually won every battle after that with it's mountain of MPP's gained from when America tried to take Far Eastern Russia(FER) on the same day as the WSR battle. Russia would go on to win the majority of United States territory, even taking out the recently placed Q5 hospital in Kansas and the second Fortress Region of the US, New Jersey. Portugal also invaded, with it's MPP's activated from many months prior in a lulz attack. Portugal would go on to win most of the South Eastern United States, and had the honor of taking Washington D.C. Indonesia, a superpower at the time, joined in too. With no border, they pressured Japan into lending them Kyushu as a launch pad. Indonesia took Hawaii easily, and then went on to California. California was important because it housed many natural resources, and a vast number of weapon companies. The California battle would become the highest damage battle in the world up until that time, even beating WSR. If one were to look at the forces, it was Indonesia versus the United States and 16 allies, which should mean Indonesia should have lost, but they won, and would conquer most of the South and South West.

Back up in Canada, France had taken the majority of Canada, with the help of Russia and the UK. Russia attacked from the west in order for France to get Prince Edwards Island, and then France swapped territory with the UK in order to not be blocked, as the UK had switched to Peace a short while before the invasion, and even let Hungary into Scotland before the shooting began. Meanwhile, the US and Canada retreated a few regions that were under attack be Russia and France, so that they would get initiative back. France and Russia then retreated, and focused on Quebec. Quebec fell, and Spain stepped in, helping Canada by attacking France via it's natural border. It worked, and Canada was able to retake a few states in the occupied US, but Spain was blocked from blocking by Brazil. France would continue it's campaign, eventually taking Ontario, which was the main fortress region of Canada, and went more than 5 hours into overtime, taking the lead spot for most damage.

Back in other parts of the world, North Korea, an American ally, attacked Russia, trying to give the US more time, and was itself erased from the map. Norway, again for it's allies, attacked Russia to buy time, and was in turn invaded by Russia, but wasn't completely taken because of Sweden blocking them in it's Norwegian provinces. And as for Spain, they were completely taken over by France, who even took Asturias, the main region of iron for the US and allies, the only other being Central Greece. And something many people remember about Spain, is how they accidentally gave PEACE 15K gold. The Spaniards were hiding their country's gold in companies, in order to keep it hidden and safe. A Hungarian team had been following the gold trail, and found it led to a company like any other. But, the company was for sale. The Hungarians quickly bought the company, and found the 16K gold inside. The Spaniards were obviously mad, and the Admins froze the money and investigated. The final decision was that it was a legal transaction, and that governments should watch carefully at what they do with their gold. Peace was ecstatic, but for their opponents, it was a new low. Switzerland too blocked France. But Hungary, with bases throughout Europe, was a good ally and conquered the Swiss in a few days. It would be wrong to go on without mentioning where Hungary had territory. In addition to their home regions, the Huns had regions in Germany, North America, Scotland, Denmark, Ukraine/Russia and later China.
