In this article, YCN has presented the Power Struggle in South Korea which influenced the land swap between South Korea and ROC(Taiwan). We waited for the result of new President election and saw whether the struggle ended after the election. However, it's really a sad news that the politics struggle in South Korea seems persistent.

在 這篇文章 當中，YCN為各位說明了 南韓政爭 以及它對台韓間換地計畫的影響。
我們等待新一任總統選舉的結果，等待在選舉結束後這場紛爭將告一段落。
然而，另人難過的是，選舉是結束了，但南韓政治角力似乎將持續下去。



In this President Election, rythemdj won as a so-called Real South Korean candidate. But the votes he got was very closed to the former President Clopoyaur got. Both of them did not get more than half the total votes. The result implied that the chaos in South Korea might persist.

在這次的總統大選中，rythemdj以所謂真正南韓出身的總統候選人身份勝選。
然而他的得票數非常接近前任總統Clopoyaur。
他們兩個人都沒有獲得過半數的選票，這樣的結果也暗示了南韓政壇的混亂可能將持續下去。



What we guessed was what happened. Since Clopoyaur loss in the president election, congressmen standing by him began to make trouble to new President. Within two days, the poposal of president impeachment is proposed once, proposals of Natural Enemy (bo be Taiwan) has been proposed twice (first and second), and the peace proposal from Taiwan for completing the land swap may be disagreed. Besides, almost all the law proposals in the congress get nearly equal votes in both YES and NO.

我們猜想的實際上也發生了。
自從Clopoyaur在總統大選中敗選以來，站在他那邊的議員開始給新總統製造麻煩。
在短短兩天當中，新總統的彈劾案被提出表決；
將台灣設定為死敵對象的法案被提出兩次（一、 二）；
而台灣為了完成換地交易所提的和平協議也將被否絕。
此外，幾乎所有議會裡的提案表決的結果都是贊成反對各半。



As we know, the former president Clopoyaur did hard in developing diplomacy and military of SK, such as land swaps with China, Taiwan, and Japan (See related article). However, part of real South Koreans still hated him and opposed everything he did. In Clopoyaur's day, the money in SK National Bank was frozen by another former president Grease, so that he could not have enough money to manage the government. Now, the money will be sent back to rythemdj's new government.

就我們所知，前總統Clopoyaur的確在南韓的外交及軍事上做了很多努力，

然而，部份的正統南韓人依然痛恨他，並且反對他所做的每一件事。
在Clopoyaur在位期間，南韓國家銀行的錢被前總統Grease凍結，以致於他沒有足夠的經費推動國家政策。
而現在，這些錢將陸續歸還給rythemdj的新政府。

Now, for rythemdj and his new government, the most important to do is to rebuild the order and the union of the whole South Korea. For the diplomacy of South Korea, she has to regain the trust of her neighbor countries, such as China, Taiwan, and Japan, who got a mess in land-swaps because of the politics struggles. (See related article) Besides, in the previous months, the best alliance of South Korea was Romania. While she decides to give up the MPP with Romania for preventing from PTO, her military defence may become weaker. At last, there is still a struggle in the congress. These are coming hard tasks for the new government.

現在，對rythemdj和他的新政府而言，最重要的是重建整個南韓的秩序與團結。
而對於南韓的外交，她也必須重新贏得周邊鄰國的信任，
中國、台灣、和日本在與南韓的換地協議都因為她的政治內鬥而搞的一團亂。(相關文章連結)
此外，在過去的幾個月當中，南韓的最佳盟友一直是羅馬尼亞，
當她決定為了預防被PTO而放棄與羅馬尼亞的同盟之後，她的國防可能更加薄弱。
最後，在議會裡頭的政治鬥爭仍持續著。
這些都將是南韓新政府的艱難任務。
