First of all, thanks a lot for voting me to be the president of eSK.

저는 아무래도 다른 후보들에 비해 말이 딸리는 편입니다 양해를.
I apologize that I don't speak well compare to other candidates.

어찌됐든 현 상황에 비추어본 ESK의 나갈 길에 대해 말씀 드리려고 합니다.
I am going to present what eSK will do in the future.

외부적인 문제
External Problem

우리는 현제 로마니아하고 MPP를 맺고 있습니다만, 어이상 MPP를 맺는건 힘들어보입니다
We have MPP with eRomania but it is hard to keep that.

이유는 아마 알고 계실겁니다
You know the reason.

모르는 사람을 위해 첨언하죠. 로마니안들의 PTO는 문제가 되지 않습니다
I am adding the reason for those who do not know. It is not because of Romanian PTOers.

루마니아는 지금 고립되어있습니다. 세르비아와 헝가리 폴란드가 연합을 하는 바람에 루마니아 혼자서만 고립되어있는 상황입니다
eRomania is isolated because Serbia, Hungary, and Poland made their own alliance.

이런 상황에서 루마니아와의 MPP는 힘들것으로 예상됩니다
In this situation, it is difficult for us to keep MPP with eRomania.


땅 스왑관련 건에 대해
About region swap

스왑은 없습니다 우리는 스왑한땅을 지킬 힘이 없습니다.
There will be no region swaps with other countries.

실제로 우리는 대만의 땅 스왑조차 엉망진창으로 되어가고 있는걸 볼수 있습니다
For example, eSK is already messed up because of a region swap with Republik of China (Taiwan).

하지만 우리는 돈이 필요합니다 그런관계로 중국과의 거래를 하려고 합니다.
However, our government needs money. Therefore, we will deal with eChina.

땅 1개당 110골드 , 나쁘지 않는 거래죠
It is 110gold per one region. Not a bad deal.

이 문제 관련해서는 아직 결정된것이 없지만 적어도 지금같은 상황은 곤란하다는게 제 생각입니다
There are no decisions made about this problem but I think this situation is not good for both.
