[WTP] We The Minions

Hi, unicorns,

I only write articles when I want to run for congress. This is the third time in a row I do it. It's not good, nor honourable of me. Let me assure you though that a good article requires a certain amount of time to be put in it (usually more than one hour) and the return isn't always worth the time spend writing it. So, accept this rare publishments of mine as a protest against the Voters Club which is polluting our media, although helping players with their finances.

Last time I shared my thoughts about a very interesting movie and a much more famous novel "The Great Gatsby". The important part of the article compared the short review to the eRepublik reality, where everybody hates the executive team (whoever those folks are, they are the execs after all.. pfeifferists.. elitists.. feds), but also where everybody waits for the executive to make this world a better place.




Today I will do something similar. A bit more positive, though.

Despicable Me 2 was released a couple of weeks ago and I still enjoy its TV commercial. Just can't stop it. Maybe I should grow up, I know. But this is not simply another cartoon. At least not from my point of view. Today I'll speak only of the characters of the minions.
They are no humans.
They are no animals.
They are not even robots.
Children they are not neither.
But what are they then?



They are a reflection of ourselves. They are fun. They speak this odd language that is not Spanish. They fight each other and do dirty tricks. They love to eat bananas.

I have no idea why, but these crazy yellows remind me of WTP. Please, don't kill me with stones. Don't throw tomatoes at me neither. Nor apples or organes!!! WTP is the BEST SMALL COMMUNITY EVER. Just like the minions are \ o / You've got so many new players here that get involved in the meta game. The synergy. The team play. The spirit. It's just awesome. We even have our Gru and Dr Nefario!

And the most important part, we are a family. We look after each other and have fun in the same time. Nobody is being left behind and decide things together. We are like no other, we are We The People 🙂
