The Canadian Conduit Person of the Month for May is...Vincent Chaotic.

Vincent Chaotic has long been an active, behind-the-scenes citizen and, as some might say, servant of eCanada. He has served multiple terms in Congress (since February, 09) both as congressman and Speaker of the House of Commons. Vincent initiated and now manages the SCOTIA Organization, a non-profit agency that seeks to build Hospitals and Defence Systems across eCanada. The month of May has been Vincent’s rise to formal recognition as a major player in eCanada, not as a player for power and wealth, but as a champion of the underdog.

Highlights of Vincent Chaotic’s contributions in May, 2009:

Canada Prize Finalist:
After battling from the bottom through 6 rounds of the biggest media contest known to eCanada, Vincent came but 3 points (0.6% ) away from being CP Champion on May 13th. Nevertheless, he left us with an article that will go down in the history books as, well, a history book of the constitution and several other articles that have made it into the Journalism Hall of Fame. As well, his second place prize went to SCOTIA to help build eCanada’s infrastructure: a second place win with first rate heart.

SCOTIA Organization Accomplishments:
Vincent has raised a great amount of Gold to fund SCOTIAs ongoing contributions to eCanada. By donating his own wealth, by persuading eCanadians and Congressman to give their Gold, and by running housing auctions in the forum, SCOTIA made great progress during the past month. On May 8th Newfoundland received a Q2 Defence System, Yukon received a Q1 DS on May 19th, and on May 27th enough funding was secured for a Q4 Hospital in Alberta. Granted, this has been a Canada-wide effort but we must acknowledge Vincent as the motivator behind these changes.

Speaker of the House of Commons Duties:
May 6th marked Vincent’s move up from Deputy Speaker to actual Speaker after Unthak was unable to continue on. After a tied vote between the two, it seemed only natural at first but Vincent did far more than just just fill in. He provided a very comprehensive guide to new Congressmen and helped quell concerns that Congress would vote eCanada into an alliance with PEACE. On May 30th, Vincent received a majority vote to continue on in his second term as Speaker during the month of June.

For contributing to the infrastructure with Scotia, the culture with his writings on eCanadian history, and his no nonsense and level-headed direction as Speaker, Vincent has rightly earned the Person of the Month award. The only one who can challenge Vincent in these regards would be emilio sanchez to whom we will give an honourary mention for having spoken sensibly as a Congresman, served eCanada as a Health Minister, and instituted another eCanadian non-profit agency: The War Fund.

Please give Vincent Chaotic a big congrats and also special thanks to emilio sanchez, as runner-up for this May’s Person of the Month.
