[WGC] CC Person of the Month - The Evil One

It's time once again for the Person of the Month for April. The Person of the Month is the person who had the strongest impact on eCanadian society for the month, whether that be a positive or negative effect. However, this month it might be better to call it the "One of the Month", as April's Person of the Month is The Evil One.

April was rocked by the CND Scandal and the debilitating loss of 35,000 CAD. 1ronman declared the money stolen, and while the Canadian media panicked, The Evil One calmly traded his CAD into gold and made off with the loot. The CSIS is still conducting investigations, though the lack of cooperation from Admins and the innately untraceable nature of organizations puts a gloomy aura over the chances of finding the perpetrator, let alone getting the money back.

With that money went any chance of supplied CAF missions for the month. With May now well into bloom, Canadians can look once again at full participation of our armed forces. However, it was not without consequence - the economy took a massive hit, and over 1000 gold is likely now being spent in foreign markets when that money would have otherwise been spent in Canada.

So, for crippling the eCanadian economy for a month, halting CAF missions, and being a colossal d-bag, The Evil One is the Canadian Conduit's Person of the Month for April.
