Recently there has been a complete and utter deterioration or of the relationship between the USA and Spoland (Poland/Spain). It's incredible. Once, we were close allies within EDEN. What has happened? Spain upholds open war against the eUSA while Poland (and Romania) allow their MPP with the eUSA to expire. What are the effects of this? These are best explained by Sossu. Due to Poland's decision to snub the eUSA, Karnataka is weaker, and invasion of Indonesia and Russia is much less likely. More significantly, Spoland feels it appropriate to swap into the Canary Islands and attack Mexico, ostensibly for high oil. Cool story bro.

Given recent history, it's pretty suspicious that neither Spoland nor EDEN saw fit to mention these moves, since we still do military planning with EDEN. If they were simply striking other nations for high resources, what would they have to hide from us?

These actions by Spoland have dramatically increased tensions with the eUSA.

'While we are no longer a member of EDEN and are not obliged to attack, we could have been at the very least informed to see if we wanted to join them.'
This is the moment where your thoughts are just as incorrect as it's possible. You are not an EDEN nation anymore. That means you're just the same as Singapore (no offense) in terms of obligations of being notified about any solo military actions. Do you inform Singapore that you're going to attack UK? Nope.
'if Poland moves north the United States of America will consider it an offensive action against our security.'

Here we will refuse to reveal our mysterious intentions. And wut now?
Next time you guys want to swap us to Asia and talk to Spain and Romania instead of Poland, please at least try to be kind in public.

This entire situation is completely and utterly ridiculous.

The eUSA government has made it pretty clear that the eUSA is going to side with Mexico in these events. The public comments might merely hint at it, but give it time, things will become perfeclty clear. The USA and the eUSA both have a history of using defensive rhetoric as a prelude to prepare the population for war. In response, the Polish MoFA taunts the eUSA, where simple conversation could avert a crisis, and hints that Poland wishes the USA to MPP Mexico... for what, a free chain reaction war with the eUSA, while the eUSA has diminished EDEN MPP due to Spoland v USA drama? This is incredible. What would happen? Who would the eUSA have to turn to for defense? Definitely not EDEN, which leaves only one powerful alliance left. Think on that for a minute.

I sincerely hoped that some dialogue and reconciliation would resolve these disputes.

Then this happene😛 Spain refused a gesture of peace from the eUSA.

What can possibly come of this? Ask Michael Collins. Is he a Phoenix troll? Yeah, 100%. But he may be right. Good propaganda has some element of truth to it. We are rapidly approaching a crisis point. The future lies in the hands of Spoland. If they do not reconcile, we must take action.
