[TUP] Get Involved Today!

Day 1,202, 22:49 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by The Unity Party

At the beginning of a new Prime Minister term, many new opportunities open for you to get directly involved in the government and its ministries. There are also plenty of ways to get involved in the Unity Party, which are available any time in the month. If you want to contribute to the eUK and TUP, here is what you need to do:

Make sure you are on the eUK Forums. This is where all the real stuff happens. As mentioned above, the ministries have opened positions for applicants. You can find more information on this by looking at the Ministry Applications thread in the General section. But act fast, as I’m sure all the ministers want to become fully operational ASAP. If you don’t feel like you are ready to take that step, there are still plenty of other things to do on the forums. For starters, if you are new and need help with health, you can ask for a Welcome Basket in the Introductions section. Just read the Unity Welcome Baskets thread for more information and to see if you qualify.

The above information can be used for anyone, regardless of party affiliation. If you are in TUP and want to get more involved in the party itself, here is what you do. There is a section in the eUK Forums called Private Forum Requests. Go there and post a new topic asking for TUP access. Just wait a little bit until someone replies and gives you access, and then you are in. So what exactly can you do in our party’s subforum? For starters, there are usually topics that are up for general discussion based on current events. Every month, usually after Congress Elections, we have a Party Conference in which everyone can participate and share their thoughts and ideas. We also have a poll during Prime Minister Elections as to choose who our candidate will be. It’s not just me, the Party President who decides everything, but us as a party collectively. And of course, we will accept active people who are interested in running for Congress to candidate. So, in summary, there are plenty of options for you, no matter how involved you want to be. But the eUK Forums are not the only place you can go to be more active.

The IRC is another place where all the actives congregate. The IRC is a chat room, and there are many of these channels that are all part of the wider eUK community. The general eUK IRC channel is, guess? It’s #euk. To be honest, it’s mostly a place of spam, but it’s the eUK’s official channel nonetheless. The Unity Party has an IRC channel, and you can find out more about it on our subforum. But you can also join our public channel, #TUP.public. By going on IRC, you show that you really want to get actively involved, in you will defiantly be able to progress quicker to your future, whatever you want to be. Except Prime Minister; trust me, it will take you years to become PM if you want to one day hold that position.

So what are you waiting for? Hurry up and get involved today to build a stronger eUK community.

Party President of the Unity Party
