What is new about this? The MoHA already decides if peple are a risk or not. And what do you exactly mean by fit in? What are the points you decide on?

risk is for when you want to coup/pto. fitting is more for when you fight even before your cs request

foghting as in personal attacks, obvious trolling, giving a bad vibe, possibilities of other people with negative influence following to our mediums of communication.

We already have congress to decide on matters and cases where people cross the line. Why would we need a ministry for fights between politicians? You can't bring equality and stability by giving punishments that are justified in your opinion. We already have congress, the highest power in my opinion. They are democratically chosen and already vote on things like blacklisting. They decide the line.

I don't think we need rules on how we should behave, it is our own responsibility to act normal. If you don't do so, other people will be smart enough to condemn you. I don't want to be turned into a state controlled puppet. I want my own political freedom and decisions.

for stability we need clear rules on forums and irc on how we need to behave in a manner anyone can feel fine with. this has again nothing to do with your political freedoms but it seems you cant seperate that. let me tell you this several people told me that they are tired of the endless fights. this is a way to tone them down.

Always there have been people talking about unity and stability. However we already have stability in our country, I think that we even have stability thanks to our differences. Most of the fights are political related. We can better acknowledge that we are all different, than that we will force a fake behaviour from people. We are not a totalitarian police state where government is trying to involve in everything and I would like to keep that.

I don''t even think you know what I try to explain. currently the forum rules are executed on arbitrary manner, this just cant continue, rules which have to be followed need to be enforced, nothing totalitarian, because then any real nation with laws is totalitarian.

We do have rules on our forum according to which some people should have been perma-bannned. We have rules on IRC as well. And in-game...

The rules in-game are those of the admins, and they enforce them. But the other rules are under our own control... You cannot simply ignore that they exist already.

Most of the enforcing of our rules is done by moderators. Think of a kick from IRC, or of a post being edited or deleted on the forum. I don't think they go much further than that. Some instances where the rules were broken lead also to action from our congress.

Our laws are indeed enforced by congress, mainly through blacklisting and MoNCs. But the rules typically are outside congress's scope.

Arbitrary sounds a bit to strong. But I agree that it depends on the moderator what he'll do exactly, varying from nothing to deleting posts...

I think Ministry of Justice is a bad idea, I've seen similar such things including courts and nowhere they have been successful in the whole erepublik history. Punishments aren't enforceable, who gives MoJ the power to punish people for something they have done on the forum and or irc? We have rules on both and people to enforce them. Also I've seen these kind of instances being abused, people getting abused for no reason or justice used to punish political opponents. Who will make those decisions who get punished? Who appoints the persons who punish? Are they neutral? As I've seen this happening many times in many different countries in erepublik from my experience in this game having a justice system is not a good idea and will only cause more dividing of the country.
