The Ministry of Justice will be dropped for the moment, a lot of people are against the idea, however, I will take a look at the forum and IRC rules this month and I will suggest changes if needed and press for more following the rule than to make arbitrary decisions each time. I tried my best to explain it but I don't think that the eNetherlands is ready for such change.

I don't really consider restructuring the forum or IRC a government job.
suggestions can be made it will be up to the admins to ultimately decide if they will implement them.
i also don't really see any reason to update any of the rules, if there are things that you think are going wrong you should just contact one of the admins/mods. and they will take a look.
