[EST] Some things I want to talk about

This is my second published article in Estonia.
I want to point on some things.


1 ) Chat (IRC)

- Every country has it's own IRC channel. It's a great thing to stay in touch with your friends, and make new ones. It's a lot better and easier to communicate with IRC, instead of the ingame messages.For those who are new, here's a short tutorial on how to connect to IRC.

Step 1 : Go to mibbit.com (click on the blue text ).Then click 'Launch App' (The page should look like the screenshot below)




Step 2 : In the empty space where it says 'Nick' write your Nick, in the 'Channel' empty space write which channel you want to join (in the example it is #e-eesti) and finally instead of Mibbit, scroll down and look for Rizon. *right click, view image for bigger image*

2 ) Newspapers

Reading newspapers, having fun, discovering new things is always interesting. Also hearing the newest things from the Country is also good, 24/7 informed 😃 . If you subscribe to some newspapers you can always find their new articles in the 'Newspaper Subscriptions' tab.

3 ) Candidature for Congressman

- I didn't actually wanted to candidate at the first time, but If It's given a chance to me to candidate, I will ! I have the party approval, but still wanted to ask the citizen's first. Please tell me your opinion. If It's positive I will release complete candidature.
