Don't worry TAXSIRA, he is just upset others can make Australia more money then he could. If he was truly concerned about where funds came from, he would be demanding that tickets are written for every trade eAustralia has done or donation recieved. Even the donation from his CS committee pick and current MoI Stojk who took cash (was it dirty?) to issue a CS pass, which was then donated to the government....

There are no records of which private citizens were given government money to play on the MM and CM with.

Also some investigations by others turned up that it seems that 80K profit was made from a 100K investment, in two bulk trades - currency to gold, and then gold to currency, but were unable to ascertain how this was possible given the price ranges at the time.

We are interested to learn of this miraculous system so that we might apply it to the future earning potential of the RBA.

If moving between the two sides of the market (not that we could find evidence this was done) and using the highest market price at the time and 4 bulk trades (2x10 day rounds), and assuming a 100% clearance rate, the highest potential I could ascertain still was still under 70K. So there should have at the very least been 3 rounds under this system, not 1, meaning the trading would have had to taken place from day one. But again there are no official records of this.

If it was short trading on one side of the market, with the price fluctuating at most between 400 and 430 for the period (unless you count those rare short-lived lower troughs, usually small amounts), it would have taken at the very least 16 full trades (8 buys and 8 sells) to reach 80K profit from 100K, but even assuming the trader was this lucky, there are no records from orgs that we could find of such a trading frequency. And if the profit was made by short trading, there was no public oversight or official records kept of who this 100K was given to, so what would have happened if this higher risk strategy failed?

A large amount of high-risk short trading using government funds took place in either an undisclosed org, or an undisclosed private citizen's account which had tycoon pack applied.

Another rumour which I've heard, which is that someone donated funds and somehow funnelled them in order to make the MM program seem more successful than it had been under the previous term.

As there is a lack of evidence I can't say for sure which one of these it is. But I believe there has been more than ample opportunity to clear up any doubt.

Specifically which funds were to be used and who all the traders would be.

I assume that the provided funds and the trading on the CM were also both you., which would mean that both the CM and the MM were both more of a private donation than a government run scheme, which obviously I have no problem with as long as it is clear.

I think in future it would be better to preserve a division between public and private to save confusion and suspicion. The exceptions obviously being loan schemes which are well screened and documented, and the JDS which runs solely from donations.

If you could somehow learn how to give clear answers from the outset, we could probably save all concerned from these diatribes.
