ReElect Maxx Johnson in Alaska

Day 758, 14:33 Published in USA Greece by Maxx Johnson

I am happy to announce that I will be running for re-election December 25th to represent the great state of Alaska in Congress under the America's Advancement Party banner. During my first term I have focused my time on learning the procedures of Congress, as well as working closely with the Citizens Affairs sub-committee to help increase citizen wellness and recruitment. I have also worked to increase transparency, activity, and accountability by regularly publishing my voting records along with a rationale for each vote made, and by publishing separate articles for key votes, such as my Yes vote to join EDEN.

If reelected I intend to continue my focus on issues which directly affect our citizens, new citizen recruitment, and citizen retention.

Experience:

- United States Congressman representing Alaska
- Domestic/Internal Committee Member
- America's Advancement Party Round Table Member
- United States Home Guard Delta Company 2nd Platoon Member

Citizen Affairs:

A major focus of my time in Congress is to work with citizen recruitment and citizen retention. Helping to grow our nation is a key to our continued success in the future. This term I have worked to organize the 5,000 Shouts Campaign which has helped to expose thousands of people to the game, several hundred of which have joined in the two weeks this campaign has run. I will also be volunteering with the Salvation Army Project which will work to bring citizens from the Wastelands, improve their wellness, and partner them with a mentor to improve their game experience. If re-elected I will continue to work with the Citizens Affairs Subcommittee to develop and implement programs to increase our population and improve the productivity of our citizens.

Military:

In our world a large and effective Military is essential to our protection and our growth. I will continue to work to ensure that the Military receives the necessary money to grow their operations proportionate to the growth of our economy. I also believe it is necessary to continue to support independent militias and their growth.

Infrastructure:

For infrastructure I am I follower of the fortress strategy that we are currently employing. At this time placing Q5 hospitals and defense systems throughout the country would waste valuable resources which can better be used to increase the overall wealth of eAmerica in other ways. If and when we reach the population that it is possible to support an additional fortress state I believe that we should target a state which provides both protection to a needed high raw material region and enhanced growth of our population.

Economy:

I continue to believe that our tax policy is structured well and suits a good balance of revenue for the government while allowing enough profit. I also believe that strengthening our economy relies on expanding our population and increasing their productivity through wellness programs and utilization of our existing hospitals.

Transparency and Activity:

I believe that a Congressman should be accountable for the decisions he makes. Since being elected I have posted my voting record as well as articles concerning any major votes and will continue to do so moving forward.
