Our current priority is in Leningrad Oblast... Again. This is to get Poland some more resources at the expense of Russia. Poland are currently winning 4-0, so fight for our ally!

Citizen Statistics
Your citizen has a few stats attached to it, which are tied to how much you have progressed in working, training and in fighting. Experience is a general indicator of the amount of actions you have taken, rank indicates the amount that you have fought and is equal to 10% of the damage you have ever dealt, strength is the base stat upon which your influence in battle is calculated.

Experience
The more experience your citizen gains, the more features that you will unlock. Only citizens of certain minimum level can do certain things, for example you have to be at least level 12 in order to purchase buildings and land. All features what have a level requirement are unlocked by level 18, luckily in eRepublik you can gain experience points enough to level up to level 20 very quickly. After level 20 the experience threshold to increase you level increases a lot more and progress will be a bit slower. As an added bonus to your progression, you gain 1 gold every time you level up!

Below is listed the experience required to reach up to level 18 and the features unlocked at each level.



Another reason why higher experience is useful, is that in elections, such as for congress, tied votes are resolved by the candidate with higher experience winning. This can be a saviour in congress elections if you run anywhere outside of London, since the population is less dense and so ties are a lot more common.
The best ways to gain experience are by working and fighting, voting and some missions also give you some experience, however working and fighting will be your main sources of experience.


Rank
Rank equates to 10% of the influence you have ever dealt on the battlefield, although some missions give extra rank points as a reward, it is still a very good estimate that your rank points = 10% damage.
As you build up rank points from fighting, you can increase your rank from Recruit all the way to God of War***. Each time you gain a rank, you gain an increase to your influence in battle by an additional 5%. The name of your rank doesn’t actually have any in-game function in the military unit - having the lieutenant rank doesn’t mean you are a lieutenant in TUP Family.
A higher rank becomes more and more of a big deal as you gain more and more strength, since your multiplier (rank) combined with your base (strength) calculate your influence on each hit, having high on both with massively increase your influence in battle. Its best to continually work on increasing your rank by fighting every day to increase your rank points.
Bazookas are a particularly good source of rank points, due to the huge amount of influence they cause when used, if you're aiming for the fastest growth, you should use your bazookas as you get them. Each bazooka is worth 3000 rank points!

Strength
The more strength that you have, the higher your base influence will be when you fight. Its important that you increase your strength, since its the major factor in how much influence you can put into a battle.
You should train every day in order to build up your strength, it will also get you Super Soldier medals faster, meaning a periodic injection of 5 gold. Once you start making more money, you can invest it into gaining more strength, by using more training buildings.
The most efficient training building, in terms of strength gain per gold, is the Climbing Center (0.19g booster), so you should start using it as soon as you can if you want to have higher strength. The least efficient training building is the Shooting Range (1.49g booster), so before you start using that one every day, get on the more efficient Special Forces Center (1.79g booster) first.
