Greetings, ePhilippines! This is the your Philippine ambassador to Asia. Forgive me if I can't be online each and every day for the time being, but here I give you my fourth, and probably my last, official report for Asia.

* China:
In the past few days, China fought against two resistance wars began by North Korea and Pakistan, respectively. The resistance wars failed to wrest Pyongan (N. Korea) and Punjab (Pakistan) from China.

* India:
A private military unit (MU), United Aggression, came from eUSA to eIndia within the past week. The MU gave the statement that they came to help eIndia in their military campaigns. Their Minister of Defense, Uv Ajed, expressed his doubt about the MU immigration in his article, suggesting to make the MU pull out of the country. So, their CP created a hasty referendum concerning the issue, which resulted to a 21-9 vote in favor of the MU staying in eIndia. Being full of veteran citizens, the Indian CP gave a condition to United Aggression that their members must not participate in Indian politics for a few months.

* Other foreign news:
The Japanese CP, DEN 007, expressed a possible alliance with Belarus, which left EDEN (Erepublik Defence and Economy Network) a few days ago. Belarus had almost 1,500 active citizens to date.

* Local news:
- On Day 1799, Congress rejected a proposal by NinoBitpazarec to lower VAT and Import Taxes on Weapons from 15% to 1% on VAT and 99% to 15% on Import Taxes.
- On Day 1802, Congress approved a proposal by BasilanWhiteDevil to lower the income tax from 25% to 10%. This signaled the continuing shift of the country away from socialism, at least, for the time being.
- Eldarion Sionnodel, our Minister of Defense and one of the leading RSP members, raised the issue of vote manipulation in the Philippine Military Academy, one of the MU in the country with the most members, in his article here. The PMA commander responded by removing RSP members in the military unit he facilitates.
- I have proposed to the next party presidents a Congress of the Youth for November 2012 in my past article. This is aimed to give younger citizens, players with low EXP, a chance to prove their worth in administering the country. This was not met by a large audience, as compared to Sionnodel and the PMA issue.

And this ends my fourth weekly report for the region. An unofficial update may be given in the next few days. Thank you for reading.

PS: I really thank the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for giving me a chance to serve as an ambassador for the Republic of the Philippines to our home region. It is my honor to serve our citizens as their delegate to our Asian neighbors. Thank you very much also for the citizens who patronized my work. I hope I could work for you in this Ministry again.

New citizens who joined the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) can have Q1 and/or Q2 weapons from me, since our commander stopped all weapon supplies to our members. Just give me a private message (PM).

Yours truly,
Al Raposas
Ambassador of the Philippines to Asia
