국게이가 있고
내각이 있는거는 다들 알지?

근데 말이지 대부분의 국가에서는 CP가 허수아비인 경우가 많아.
왜냐고 졸라 귀찮기 때문에 진짜 실세들은 잘 안해.
진짜 중요한때 국가 정리 할려고 CP가 되거나 실세가 되기 위해서 CP라는 과정을 거치는 경우는 있지만 대부분은 CP안하고 그냥 적당한 인물을 대신 내세워.
그렇기 때문에 어떠한 국가와 외교 및 행정 협조를 구하기
