I logged on today and I got a popup saying I had one unread message and one new alert. Great!

I had posted an offer to buy a house earlier, the last one I had melted last week. The module lets me choose exactly what I want and offer a price I wanted to pay. Before I left for the afternoon I already had three responses, including a seller who fit my description EXACTLY (which is suprising with all the customization options). We haggled on the price and he was very reasonable. I clicked accept and logged out.

The seller had already put the house up in holding. I saw he had well over 100 five-star feedbacks, which was the main reason I chose Random_guy over the rest. I clicked a couple buttons to get to the pay screen, the game deducted the funds from my account and immediately transferred the house. Escrow FTW! I can't imagine what anyone did before the private sale module was installed...

Well, now that I have the awesome house, I won't need all this food with shiny wrappers, time to post an offer to sell...
