Why? Here's why:
Here is a PORTION of one of the programs that will be beneficial to YOU, once WDDH are elected Country President! Taken right off the platform, here is a little bit about a new program:
"Domestic programs are another big part of an administration's domestic policy. The newly appointed Minister of Health Artorius Perim has created Meals on Wheels Canada with help from us to get this started. This program allows new citizens to receive food packages to serve them for the first few days of their new life. The first few days are always the hardest and it is important to keep a new citizen excited and enthusiastic about playing this game to keep them involved and interested. Artorius has done a good job so far as MoH and we want him to continue what he has started. We hope with his new programs we can start to develop a more active and enthusiastic base of members. Artorius has also started stocking up on gifts for the Canadian Health Services and we have been talking with him and starting to set up how to buy gift packages and for what prices. We intend to make it a lot easier than when the CHS was around last time. The last time the CHS was around it was tedious and wasn't worth the money saved. The CHS last time involved filling out a form from an external link and it was too time-consuming for the average citizen for a saving of only a dollar or two. This time around we want to streamline the process for applying for health care from the government. This involves a simple PM to the org asking for a specific package and a donation to the org the price meant to be payed. We will make sure that their wellness gets back to them ASAP and they are on their way."
So, to all you citizens out there, vote William Duncan and Derek Harland, for the benefit of our younger players!

Well, considering your last publication offered a very compelling reason to vote against Duncan, this at least is a well intentioned and laudable programme that merits consideration.

You have nothing better to do than troll and nit pick all things Derek and I.
I feel your troll programme is not laudable, nor worthy of merit and certainly not worth of any consideration.
I'll admit to being rather amused at your statement, William Duncan. If you feel I'm trolling, report me. Perhaps this may come as a surprise to you, but when you run for office, and submit statements of intent should you win the day, you invite scrutiny, and scrutinise them I shall, as is my prerogative. What did you think I was going to do, simply take you at your word that you were the best man for the job? Hardly.
I will argue that you're taking my detailed and critical analysis rather poorly, as seen by the results. I will therefore invite you to my publication, where the field will be clear, and we can discuss it properly, and you will have to prepare yourself with far more than what you offer here.

And I apologize. I was attempting to be more comical than serious. You do offer fair criticism and I do read it with fair consideration.
