Part 2
An article was recently published by myself in the Finnish media containing information about the history of eLatvia aswell as an insight in Latvian opinions regarding the events described. Of course articles like this tend to be biased which is exactly why I thought that there may come a reply from a citizen of Finland perhaps describing the Finnish opinion and view on the events. I must admit that I expected such an article. Even though I am sure that and article like that would cause some flaming from less tolerant citizens of Latvia. I believed that this was neccesary in order for each side to understand the motives behind attacking one another. These two biased versions could then help us extract the truth and thus we could attempt to improve our relationship through understanding.
This is what I expected.
I did not however expect - this
And neither did I expect - this
Truth be told, I am surprised. Amazed even. If it is a joke it lacks tact. I realise that during times of battles such articles tend to be written due to strong emotions and can be justifiable. But this I can not understand. Was this provoked by some action of Latvians?
The most dazzling event was the presentation(?) of Ommi, who is planning on candidating for the presidental seat of Finland. I will not risk earning forfeit points by using words that would in my opinion describe the article. Yes, I do realise articles like that have been written before in the heat of battle, but this is hardly the same case.
Truth be told, I can not imagine a person that shows no respect torwards anyone even ones enemies in such shameless manner deserves the honour of being the president of a respectable country like Finland. It is articles like this that stain the reputation of a country.
But I will assume with ease that this was indeed a joke and the person has no desire to attempt so vile of an act.
The situation with the Bank of Latvia is indeed sad and the admins have been informed. It is hoped that those responsible shall be found and punished.
Yours truly

Stop trying to interfere our future presidental elections you vile latvian. Ommi has our full support.
This article has point. Our very own trolls are too good. They should be ashamed.
Vilhemi what is that point you are talking about?
I think no one has simply had time to write an article about events of Summer and motives behind them from the Finnish perspective. I hope at least someone writes a gentile article to your media as you've had the effort of writing one to ours.
You shouldn't take those troll articles too seriously, think about it this way: There's two or three troll articles, and there's an active population of hundreds of Finns out there. It's sad your treasury got stolen, it shouldn't be laughed upon like those in the media are doing.
Don't mind those articles 😃 As avec said thats surpisingly less than it could've been.
@avec, i like you.
On my own behalf, as I wrote the first of those articles, I indeed found it funny that your national treasury disappeared, and that gave me the inspiration to make an article which plays with an idea that Finns stole your treasury. This of course is not true, as there is only a picture of my modification of the alert which is received after monetary transaction, not the entire picture of controlling CBoL. (and I doubt that we would announce aloud that we have stolen your treasury anyway 😛)
I think that Ommi's article is provocative and lame. Never had a thing for real life-pickering in eRepublik.
Also Latvians should not take too serious Jolius or Tonos (Well Known troll pair "Tolius"😉. They are used to keep fun at Finland. You can borrow them if You want. If You take them, don't send back.
go, Latvia, go! malacis, Visvaldi! nepadodies somu fašistiem!!!
Arrete man liekas tu nesaprati šī raksta sūtību 😛
